My husband and kids been going there for years even when he used to be in Park Avenue I cannot believe my husband walked in there today with my three boys and when he saying he had to give a haircut to all four he's going to give a face mine you they're not little kids they're teenagers smallest 14 biggest 18 like I'm bringing you service I'm bringing you my money to you and you want to treat your customers that way what a shame. .......Ariel you talking about Sunday and he understood that you was closing however he went back to you on Monday at 11 in the morning on your normal schedule hours and that's the day you gave him a face because you had to give them all 4 a haircut but it's okay we'll just take our business down the street you was having lunch ones u was done u stood there watching tv ones some else walk in then u approach them ones he said all 4 u gave a face but ones he said he will take he's money down the st to the other barber shop ur son got up set ...but it work out just fine down the st from u is just...

I called a head of time. I was told I could walk in and that no one was waiting. Roughly an hour and a half before closing. I walk (try to walk in) 15 minutes after hanging up. The door was locked. I knock, no one acknowledged me but a client opens the door. Room gets quiet. Did I offend someone? I'm like hey I called and was told I could walk in, like 15 minutes ago. Dude goes, "yeah nah fam we closed. We got mad appointments coming in. No one can take you" He proceeds to continue his current cut. I had to unlock the door and let my self out. What a shame. I googled the top barber shop around me willing to pay what ever price for perfection....

Do not go to an individual by the name of Rafael, had an appointment for my son at 9:30, calls me at 9:01 saying how I’m late and should have called when there is a ten minute grace period, I would have been there no later than that as my child is getting ready, I live right there!
