Bed Bugs Alert * FYI attend this movie threate plenty of times , never had this experience before.

I went to this movie threate today with my family to see The Nun, as I'm watching the movie my right upper part of my leg started to itch so I assume I got a mosquito bite as I was walking in so I didn't really think to hard about it , but as I'm sitting there and leg continued to itch I went in my tights and touched the spot where my leg was itching and I felt a bump so again I said oh it is a bite from a mosquito , so me and my family walked on the movie once it was over I asked my sister to come with me to the bathroom I said damn this is really itching I looked in the mirror and put my tights down to look at my leg , and I seen four bites going up in a trail my sister said omg those are bed bugs bite ! We immediately took off a jackets and started shaking them flaring our shirts shaking them off I ran out told my dad he started shaking his clothes. I asked for a manager a supervisor came up I told her what happened she gave me a gross out face then called the manager I told her the situation she asked what threate I was in and what row I sat in we both walked back I told her I wasnt sure 3 or 4 it was really dark in there , she took my information and I asked for a refund she stated she couldn't provide a refund because I sat through the whole movie , I said are you serious, I didn't not come out to your movie threate to get bitten by bed bugs do you guys not exterminate, , she said yea we do ever so often, I said this unacceptable. She said next time leave out a come tell someone. For one it's no next time me or my family will not be returning to this threate for two your how do you not accommodate your customers in any way , it's not about the refund it's about the principal. She stated they will investigate and give me a call I said call for what to a prescription for a bed bug bite . I took her card and walked out went to Walgreens across the street and sprayed down me and my family with 91 proof alcohol on our clothes and body. ...

I only rate two stars because the only person that actually looked like they knew what they was doing was the manager. I come in at this date to watch a movie as I’ve ordered tickets online and once I give them the confirmation code, they say that the tickets was already claimed the day before. However, for the tickets to be claimed the person would’ve had have to be verified via the credit card. Not only that, there was no solution to this situation and I had to purchase tickets a second time without refund or exchange.

Now for the concessions stand. If you want to order food before the movie, make sure you do it at least half an hour or more before the movie starts or else you’d probably just have to wait until the next showing. For a simple request of a hotdog and two sandwiches it took more than an hour to receive them and I had to remind them multiple times of what I ordered or else it would be forgotten, luckily once more, the manager was able to simply take a look at the receipt, have us view the next showing of the movie and immediately give us the food we ordered, albeit in terribly disappointing quality.

I will say however that the movie ticket prices for the morning are the best prices I have ever seen in a movie theater and to be honest if you’re just there to watch a movie for a good price, than this is the place to go. Just make sure to obtain the tickets in person and if necessary, order food half an hour earlier than the movie starts and...

I first want to thank Shaq for investing in a business in a black community, let's support this brother. Everything, from the design, the presentation, to the staff is very impressive. I remember going to the movie theater as a child and how excited I was, and I get that same feeling here. It truely feels like an event upon entering this theater. Everything from the structure, the lightning, and placement of concession stands are just brilliant. It is truely an other worldly ufo type experience...uh without the hostile aliens of course. Congratulations and thank you to Shaq, this is a good brother, good job, I love you brother. One thing I would recommend is featuring more Indie films, I know its risky being that it is a business but you would be suprised. I know that there is a demand for the smaller films especially those dealing with important topics. Why don't you offer test run screenings, sell a limited amount of tickets, have a limited showing, and depending on the success you can expand the showing. I am requesting this because there are alot of quality indie movies that never get exposure. Some of these directors are up and coming visionaries that just need support. If this movie theater is capable of showing up to seven movies, I don't see why one theater can't be reserved for Indie...
