I’m writing to share my heartfelt appreciation for one of your team members, Tiffany, the Store Manager at your CubeSmart locations on Park Street. What I witnessed and personally experienced during a recent visit left such an overwhelming impression that I felt compelled to share.

It was an unusually busy day at the storage facility, and Tiffany was the only staff member on duty. Despite managing multiple customers at once, she remained composed, courteous, and incredibly efficient. I watched her juggle responsibilities with grace, never once allowing the pressure of the day to compromise her kindness or focus.

In the midst of everything, my phone slipped through a crack in the elevator floor! This has never happened to me, but I contribute it to the heat that day (Haha). However, I was already having a terrible day, and this felt like the final straw. But Tiffany didn’t hesitate—she immediately sprang into action, patiently troubleshooting the situation by calling the elevator company directly, where her relationship with the team there allowed them to prioritize assisting me immediately! I was so surprised, having her going completely out of her way to help retrieve my phone so quickly. I've encountered her previously during my rental of the space and it was refreshing, but this took the cake!

Her empathy, resourcefulness, and calm leadership turned a crisis moment into one of deep gratitude. I later learned that Tiffany is also a mom, which made her dedication and presence even more meaningful. She truly showed up for me when I needed it most. In a time when the world can feel heavy, Tiffany’s genuine care and humanity were a powerful reminder that kindness still exists.

So when I went into the cubesmart storage on park ave, Eric the customer service rep was the one who helped me get a storage based on my preference. Not only did he make my experience excellent but he was phenomenal. Eric was very informative and was able to answer any and every question that I had. He allowed me to see a few storage spaces they had which helped make my decision to select a storage space very easy. As my first time using a storage space he was very patient, understanding, and friendly. I recommend anyone who is looking for storage space at this location please ask for Eric to assist you. Hello, I just would like to add Tiffany by far is one of the greatest customer service that I have had encounter with during my search for a storage she was very transparent very down-to-earth, very kind and was very nice to me after I made a mistake and pulled the sticker off the door as I was trying to come in lol but thank God Tiffany had a back up plan.
