Chewy Fulfillment Center MDT1 — Attraction in Newberry Township

Attention Truckers: Getting here is gonna be easy for the most part. This facility is across from the amazon building, and it also has a big blue "Chewy" sign at the top, hard to miss. If delivering here just follow the signs that say "inbound". Make sure to park in a parking spot opposite of the dock doors before heading inside to check in.

Receiving door is next to dock door 72, with a "M25" # on the door itself, plus a porta pottie near by. Once inside check in with receiver and let them know if you need cutters to cut open a metal seal on your trailer door. After you dock at your assigned door you'll need to slide tandems, drop your trailer, and park on the opposite side of the docks.

2 hours later I received a call telling me to get my signed BOL's and I was free to hook to my trailer and leave. Overall getting here was easy and the overall process was simple. Plus the receiver during the day time was friendly and professional, I would deliver here again. I was told that they allow drivers to be late up to 2 hours. After 2 hours they will still try to work you in. And be aware of reckless yard jockey's, they drive a bit fast.

I read the other reviews here, so I figured I could check in at 5AM and get at least a 2 hour nap in, but these people had the trailer unloaded in 45 minutes. I really can't complain about that. If you are coming out of Harrisburg, Google maps will get you to the facility fairly easily. I had my trailer unloaded at this company, and while the unloading process was quick and efficient, what I discovered afterward was absolutely disgusting. After they finished, I checked my trailer and found that they had SPIT inside it! This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. I’m appalled at the lack of basic decency and hygiene. Avoid this place if you value your property and expect professional service....
