This place was straight trash I’m a visitor from Dallas doing reviews on pizza places in different locations and I’ve been eating pizza and doing customer service reviews on these different pizza locations I went and stop by a Chinese place to get food. They told me shortly after that they did not have a fork for food. So I kindly went into the USA & I and asking a young fellow for a “plastic fork”. They young kid said “yes I can get that for you” and went to retrieve me a fork. Seconds later this fat, Pillsbury dough boy employee comes from the back asking me if I ordered. I told him “No I just need one plastic fork”. He then tells me “no I’m not giving you a fork, where did you get your food from? I told him the Chinese place next door. Then he proceeds to tell me “why would I give you my fork to eat their food?” Not going to lie I thought it was a joke but this guy was dead serious. This place is a joke! I mean the title by itself is called “USA and I” like what??? Read moreReally going downhill! Super small portions compared to the way it used to be. If you order extra onions they charge you for extra AND they cut back on the meat. Pitiful. Unless you like an onion sub. So thanks for the response owner. I wanted the onions INSTEAD of lettuce. Wasn't looking for extra food, just a slight variation to the menu item. The main point of my review is that it didn't used to be that way. In the past, if someone forgot the onions, or put mayo on by accident, I would have lived with it. Now, since you obviously don't believe in cultivating good relations with your long standing customers, I will bring it back and demand that you make the whole thing over. Good business is a lot of give and take. I loved the portions in the past, and now it's hard to get a substantial meal. From the moment we placed our order, the service was abysmal. Despite the idea of quick and easy food, we endured a 30-minute delay with no regard for our time constraints. When the food finally arrived, it was a culinary disaster. My pizza slices were, soggy, cold, and drenched in grease. Bard's burger resembled a hockey puck on a colossal bun – a burnt patty disaster. Pegasus's cheesesteak barely salvaged the meal from complete catastrophe. To add insult to injury, Bard's side of fries never made an appearance. Despite reminders, the worker failed to rectify the mistake, leaving us frustrated and unsatisfied.
