If I could still leave a review and give zero stars I absolutely would. I ordered through the subway app. and was informed if something was unavailable I would be contacted. It wasn't until I got all of the way to the store that I was informed that they didnt have all of the items for my order and asked what I wanted to substitute. Not once was I contacted at all to say they didnt have what was ordered. When I said I didnt want to substitute anything I just wanted a refund for the item they informed me that they were unable to do anything about it because they could not refund anything through the app. According to Drew the manager if I wanted any sort of refund I would not be able to take any portion of my order and I would have to go through the app. to initiate a refund. I spent over $40 and tipped which I would have taken back as well seeing as the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful saying it was my fault for ordering something that wasnt available. Meanwhile what I ordered was available through the app. And it stated if it wasnt available I would be contacted which never happened. Had I been contacted I would have just cancelled the order all together. I reached out for a refund through the app. Which is an automated chat bot and still no refund over $13.00+tip for something I didn't receive. Not to mention the food we did receive was a joke. The sub bread was flat with one triangle of cheese and like two pieces of lettuce which a good portion of was brown. Definitely not worth the cost. I will be contacting the better business bureau. It is absolutely insane and horrible customer service that I have been charged for something that was never received and not refunded. That is fraud! DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly this experience put me off from subway all together. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. THEY ARE SKETCHY CHARGING FOR FOOD THAT YOU DONT RECEIVE!! Read moreFirstly, there was no soap in the mens bathroom, and the dispenser looked like it was as dry as the Sahara Desert. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer next to the sink, which tells me they dont plan on getting more soap any time soon. The lock and door handle looked like it was going to fall out of the door, whoever installed it did a horrible job and I really didnt trust that someone wouldnt be able to open the door. Food portions are much smaller than other subway locations. The worker WEIGHED each "scoop" of meat, resulting in a 25% loss from what you would get at another location. The bread was also absolutely tiny. Meat and veggies were falling out, and the worker couldn't get it to even close when she cut the sub. I did not get extra meat, just the "normal" (less than normal really) amount. Finally after adding some sauces, and loosely rolling up the sub, she handed me the bag and said "youre probably going to need some napkins".
