KFC — Restaurant in Newberry Township

It seems that no one here can listen properly when you order! I had an entire combo missing from my drive thru order only to find out when I get home and set my kids down to eat. This results in me going back out to have them correct it which they did without any difficulty BUT after telling them the exact item to replace they give me something completely different. How to do you hear Spicy Mac and Cheese Wrap and think ' You know what this could use? COLESLAW!' Seriously how do you manage to do that?!?! the ingredients are in the NAME!!! I wouldn't be so upset if this wasn't a common theme at this place. The other kick in the pants is that it is majorly over priced compared to other kfc/taco bells. I get it you are a franchise and you can change the prices and what not but come on? why am I spending SOO much more...

Absolutely loving the spicy chicken sandwhich. Unlike most places they have a nice spicy sauce instead of just spicy breading. They also had a nice array of spicy pickles. Fries were hot and fresh and the pink lemonade really hit the spot. Friendly staff and quick DT times for the fact it was like 1:30 in the afternoon. Lost one star though cause the amount of the actual spicy sauce on the sandwich was pitiful. I had to physically move the pickles to try and spread the smallest dollop of spicy goodness around on the bottom bun. Now this wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't for the fact that it's the only form of moisture on the sandwich and also gives most of the spice. Without it you just have a dry barely spicy sandwich which mind you was quite tasty but not quite what...

I ordered Nashville hot they say we dont have tenders at 920pm they close at 10. So then they say well we can give you boneless chicken in place of the tenders. Ok cool right. Nope they gave me chicken with bones. They forgot to say we dont have biscuits but chargered me for one anyway. Forgot the pickles on the chicken. So we call the KFC they give us a run around and tell us they forgot to say they had no biscuits. That we heard them wrong on the chicken being boneless. Zero customer service manager on the phone was just not good at dealing with customers. so they sold me stuff I did not order in place off what I did. I want a refund no I have to come in tomorrow for another meal. Please pick a different...
