I have been dealing with Bernie from The Audio Store for over 25 years now and have always been very happy with his services. From my first set of high end speakers that I bought from him in the 90's to setting up my music server which I did this past year, Bernie has always been so helpful and informative. So I was starting to get bored with my sound from my older Focal Speakers So gave Bernie a call to see what choices I had. He said I have a lot of choices now. lot of the speaker Manufacturers he has in stock have made big improvements, I said I want to do a big upgrade to my speaker sound So he said you probably want to listen to the Sopra N°2 made From Focal. I went to the website to see how they looked and loved the styling of it. I call him back to see if he was available to show me, and he sure come on down ill fire them up for you. he's always excited to make time for customers. I recently purchased a pair of Paradigm 100F speakers (they're awesome) from The Audio Store. Working with Bernie and his staff was a pleasure. They listen to you. There's nothing 'corporate' about their relationship with their customers. It's also obvious that the Audio Store is staffed by people who understand that the equipment is there to serve the music.

There was a bit of a delivery problem at my end but Bernie improvised a work-around that got the speakers to me promptly.
