CHABA Traditional Thai & Sport Massage — Attraction in Newport Beach

This was my first visit here but I will be back! I went with a work group of 9 co-workers after some meetings/work. They accommodated all 9 of us at the same time! (a Wednesday early afternoon) That made it super convenient to be able to go all at the same time.

Anyways, I'm actually from out of town/State so I had never heard or knew about this place and as I said it was a work reward so that is how I ended up going. I thought it was great overall!

I actually went to Thailand about 7 years ago and it was an awesome trip. We got massages there every night. Typically there is allot of stretching in traditional Thai massage. I need that but sometimes it's also nice to get a more traditional massage (swedish) instead of so much stretching that can be somewhat painful (but still helpful). My massage (therapist technique) was a PERFECT combination and I highly recommend!

My therapist was a tiny Thai lady but her hands were tremendously strong! In my opinion strong hands, medium to heavy pressure, combined with long smooth flowing strokes is the ideal massage and my therapist provided the right amount of each! Perfect strength, pressure, & flow! Probably one of the best salon/spa massages I've had.

The inside physical plant is extremely nice. I saw the front lobby and of course my massage room. They were VERY well decorated (floor to ceiling wood walls with mouldings) and traditional authentic Thai furnishings).

I have debated putting my therapist name in here and Chaba can likely figure it out who it was based on my name (she was very professional w excellent technique). Sorry for being selfish but she is already pretty busy/hard to schedule;) I'm sure all the therapists are great though! Schedule here...

I have been going to Chaba Massage for over a year now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the massages are always top-notch. I especially love Nikki and her cupping massages, and Lindsay for her deep tissue massages.

Nikki's cupping massages are amazing. She uses a variety of cups to create a vacuum on my skin, which helps to pull out toxins and improve circulation. The massages are very relaxing and leave me feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Lindsay's deep tissue massages are perfect for when I am feeling sore or tense. She uses her hands and elbows to knead and release the knots in my muscles, leaving me feeling relaxed and pain-free.

I highly recommend Chaba Massage to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the massages are always top-notch. I can't wait to go back!

It's been a few years since I've gotten a Professional massage done.. I go to my chiropractor monthly but that's for a lower back issue I have. After looking around for a Professional massage place I found so many hole in the wall places that didn't seem to offer what I needed. I tried 2 other places but, not that it's their fault, did not deliver what I was looking for. I go to the gym regularly and have some pretty deep knots, so I was looking for a place that had "strong enough" staff to provide a deep sports masaage lol thank you baby Jesus (that's my name no pun intended lol) for allowing me to find this GEM of a place! The staff over the phone are super friendly and informative. When I arrived I was greeted by the girls up front who were very friendly and I'm sure were smiling underneath these darn masks :( lol the whole experience from phone call, arrival, laying in room and massage was exceptional. I didn't get my masseuse's name but she was a really nice lady and asked me if I had any areas of concern. I was literally smiling under my mask from a the knots and stress she took out of my body! You can tell everyone is trained in their field. I was almost left speechless and in a transe leaving the place. I have NEVER had such an amazing massage before, this is really THERAPEUTIC, not just hand rubbing. 1000% recommended and will be back for sure! Thank you ALL so much!...
