What an incredible shop! I’m not local, but I called to have flowers delivered to a friend in the hospital—and they went above and beyond. They offered same-day delivery, sent me a photo of the gorgeous arrangement before it went out, and followed my color preferences while adding their own creative touch. Designer’s choice was the way to go—I don’t know much about flowers, but they clearly do.

They even let me know when the delivery was complete, which I really appreciated. You can imagine how much a hospital stay calls for a little extra joy, and they delivered—literally and emotionally. My friend texted me right away, absolutely in awe of the flowers and so touched by the surprise.

Updating After my call, the flowers were delivered at 2 p.m. I changed the star rating and let the company know I appreciated their making this right. My friend says the flowers are indeed beautiful. ORIGINAL REVIEW SHOWN BELOW: I am soooo disappointed. I ordered the “Simply Beautiful” arrangement for my friend’s last day of work before retirement. I placed the order on Saturday to be delivered Tuesday MORNING as close to 9 a.m. as possible. I called to check on the delivery around 12:30 and was told they hadn’t even started the arrangement and that it would be delivered by 4:30. After all the “great” reviews, I am totally dissatisfied . Very disappointed in my recent Valentine's Day purchase from Newport Beach Flora. The gentleman who sold me the flowers was very kind, and the flowers were beautiful the day I bought them. However after only four days most of the petals have dropped and the unopened buds have turned black. For the price I paid, I expected these to continue blooming and flourish for 10 days - 2 weeks! I don't think I'll be buying from this...
