Tom is great! Highly recommend 😊 He fixed my front two speakers on my 06 lexus rx 400h. They needed new rubber around the cones and he called before he installed. We initially thought maybe new speakers but the rubber being so old and worn out was causing the rattling and sound to be horrible. He fixed it and sounds perfect. We were going to have carplay installed in my car also but the set up we initially talked about for my car didnt come, and the carplay people rushed the order and Tom found out also have terrible customer service which was very frustrating on his end and I told him to not move forward with it an hour after dropping off my car. I didn’t know by that time he had already took apart my car. He said no problem. I picked my car up next day. Speakers were sounding brand new and perfect. Then a day later noticed my trunk was not responding to any of the buttons to open as it always had. I went into I’m f*cked mode or that it’s probably a wiring issue when they put the car back together, my car is so old and lexus’s are very particular so that can be a nightmare. But Tom handled this situation kindly and with care. He could tell I’ve been screwed over before and understood. He even came in on a Saturday to look at my car and it was nothing but a button that got pushed accidentally and not a wiring issue. We could thankfully laugh about it and all was right. The owner Tom is a great guy, really listens to you and looks to build his recommendations based on what you want. Doesn't try and sell you on things you don't need. He did a great job with the remote start he installed in my Mazda and the detail job he did on it looked like he went over the inside with a magnifying glass and a toothbrush, immaculate. Tom has installed an aftermarket stereo in both of my cars. Most recently a SAAB 9-5 (that I struggled to find anyone comfortable with installing an aftermarket stereo in). He has done an excellent job with both vehicles, especially the SAAB, as the stereo I asked him to install was not a perfect fit.
