Subway — Restaurant in Newport

I had ordered 2 different subs on the app and Had a special request to not drown the sandwiches in sause and for very little lettuce. Husband went to pick up the subs came back and they didnt put the bread we asked for their excuse was they were completely out of all breads. The bread was so soggy from all of the sause they put in it. They also didnt toast the subs which i need because i am pregnant and need the deli meat heated or i could get sick. They also put a lot of lettuce. I brang the subs back and they refused to give me my money back, so 22$...

Today I had one of the best experiences at Subway ever. Miss Pandora and Kathy behind the counter treated me with warm excellent customer service as soon as I walked through the door.
