I have been thinking about trying out CKO Newton for a few weeks and finally pulled the trigger this week. As someone with a bit of anxiety who hasn't exercised in a while I was so nervous to start something new, somewhere new. Let me tell you after ONE class I was hooked and convinced that this is the place for me. I took my second class a few days later and had some newcomer nerves again as I was getting ready, but I showed up and within a few minutes those nerves were gone. I've never met such welcoming instructors. Bryan makes the whole experience comfortable and personal and he really knows how to motivate and inspire. Read moreI started CKO less than a year ago and immediately fell in love with it. It's the only "workout" I can stick to and that keeps me challenged and wanting more. Bryan (and the other instructors) are amazing. They all switch up the workouts, challenge you, encourage you, and are helpful in making sure you not only get better but keep PUSHING (no matter how badly you don't want to haha).
