My shopping there has beendecent until I bought a vape pen called a resastick. Broke the glass on it a few weeks later than went in to buy a new one. When I did a employee named marc Jones who has recently been fired for reasons unknown told me they didn't have any in stock and sold me one that fits a smok stick. He insured me it would fit. So I put it on and it fits very poorly doesn't seel and leeks constantly. So I went back with the piece of glass still on my pen and showed the owner. I'm guessing she is. The older lady big build with long hair and asked to swap for the right piece of glass or just replace it with the right piece of glass. She told me no I would have to buy it. So I said I had to buy a piece that didn't fit and still pay for the piece that does? Than she asked for a receipt and I said it's not in your computer? She said has it been past 7 days i said I don't believe so why would it matter. She gave a spill about it not still being in computer after 7 days when I thought computers hold data forever. So after that argument she insisted I have a paper reciept. Take in account I shop here all the time and they all recognize me. I said maybe at home and she said basicly with or without the recipt she was gonna make me pay for her employees mistake. So I said what your saying is your gonna sell me the wrong part and not exchange it but make me also buy the right one? A 5 dollar piece of glass. I wasn't trying to get a 150 vape stick. She was being as rude as you could possibly be. So I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere there customer service sucks. Her attitude was worse than terrible. Acted like I was pulling a full on plotted scam for a 5 dollar piece of glass. When I still had the wrong one on my pen witch she clearly saw. So don't expect any kind or decent service when you shop here. Terrible customer service and she should be fired for her attitude alone. Go to another vape shop unless you like paying for things multiple times than this is your place. All around worst...
Read moreI went in today just for a bottle of juice instead of driving to Crestview to my regular shop. I never post negative reviews but today I'm upset. Im giving 2 stars bcuz honestly i think he thought he was trying to help this was a fiasco. The man working was trying to be helpful but not really listening to me. I simply made a comment about how they don't carry my coil and that turned into him tearing my tank apart. Spilling a full tank of juice that he said he'd replace- yeah, out of the bottle I just bought. Not cool. He said "here let me GIVE you one of these bcuz the glass bottles are a pain." I informed him I already had plastic bottles but he poured my juice in it anyway- then charged me for it... that's not giving. I informed him I was in a hurry but he just kept doing as he pleased. Taking his time, talking over me. Broke my coil and pieced it back together. Now I have to drive to Crestview anyway to get a new coil. He left the juice all over my tank and mod . Read moreBryce really has helped me out in Sweet Southern Vapes, because I am in the military and stationed in Alaska he has even helped me on the phone and in person when I came into the Niceville store. I have been helped out by two older ladies by the name of Becky and Tracy and both of them had the attitude of not wanting to be at this store and an attitue of where they think they are better than everyone else. Even as a customer I'm still offended by this. They tried to talk me into devices that I knew Bryce nor Marc would not approve of because of cost and the functions of the device. Bryce and Marc have extensively went over devices with me everytime I stop in the store and have no problem getting up and helping me out. They seem to work well as a team. With the new gal, I think her name was Samantha.. she knows all of her devices and seems super passionate about her job along with the other two.
