Loyal Customer Statement – Disappointment with Fox’s Boutique Corporate Office.

It was already disappointing over the years Fox’s Corporate Office decision to close Oak Brook, the manager there name was Angela and then they closed the downtown Chicago location, leaving only the Skokie store in operation. For many loyal customers, including myself, this remaining location is not conveniently accessible.

Several weeks ago, I called the Skokie location inquiring about a long-time employee who had been with the company believe for over 12 years. I was informed that she was no longer with Fox’s. Concerned, I contacted the Corporate Office and spoke with a male representative who assured me that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. When I called back, I spoke to the same individual, who denied ever stating that I would be contacted.

I visited the Skokie store and was disappointed to find that the clothing selection no longer reflects the stylish, fashion-forward reputation Fox’s once had. The merchandise was underwhelming and lacked the quality and appeal I had come to expect. Only one familiar face remained on staff.
