Sleep Number — Hotel in Niles Township

I had a terrible experience with Sleep Number’s purchase and return process, which felt like an outright scam. I bought a Sleep Number mattress, trusting their promise of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the mattress did not work for me, so I decided to return it within the trial period.

To my shock, when I called customer service, I was informed about a significant return fee that was never mentioned nor was the delivery and setup fee at the time of purchase . The representatives were unapologetic and unhelpful, insisting that the fee was part of the policy, which I found incredibly misleading and deceptive.

This experience felt like Sleep Number was intentionally scamming customers with hidden fees and a convoluted return process.

I had SUCH a positive experience at this location! The customer service was top notch. I was greeted immediately and Abasi took great care of me while I tested out pillows and made my purchase. He made sure I knew about their current promotions, made suggestions based on my preferences, ordered an out of stock item for me to get shipped to my home (which arrived in 3 days) and overall made my experience at the store excellent. I would come back for the customer service alone. On top of that, the pillows are beyond comfortable so far. But the good news is, we have 100 days to try them out to see how they last. My long search for a new pillow that fits my needs may actually be over....

The staff member Jon was very informative and concise with helping my parents choose the right bed for their needs before making a purchase. Even with during the COVID season, they allowed us to be able to test the models and disinfect after use immediately and the best of all had some great benefits towards deals of feasible payments to make within 60 months at the greatest interest rate! I would so recommend anyone to come to this store to find a nice bed that can last for you...
