OTA World Massage Chairs — Attraction in Niles Township

I recently purchased a massage chair in-store, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Michael was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, making sure I found the perfect massage chair for me.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the fantastic in-store discount that Michael offered. I had been researching online, but the discount he provided in person was far better than anything I had seen on the website. This made my decision to purchase in-store a no-brainer.

The chair arrived on time as promised, and the assembly team that came to set it up was fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and had the chair up and running in no time.

I made an appointment with Mike to try the massage chairs. I told him what I was looking for in a massage chair and he suggested 2-3 chairs and explained the differences. Mike let me try them while he went into his office. Not standing over me made it a very comfortable trial. He would check in once in a while. I was there about 1-1/2 hours and left. I had a very positive experience working with Mike at OTA. He graciously accomodated my sister and I, as we endlessly tried out pretty much every one of the Osaki showroom chairs. I asked about a different brand of chair I was considering and he researched it and gave me his diplomatic opinion.
