We purchased an electric recliner from Ashley furniture paid $1000+ on 1/30/2022. We noticed the arm rest was bowing out the end of Feb 2023. It was over the 1 year manufacturer warranty. We had purchased the furniture protection plan. We called furniture protection and filed a claim. It took over 3 weeks for a technician to look at it. Then over 8 weeks for furniture protection to DENY our claim. I called weekly for an update. We reported it as soon as we noticed a problem! The screws started falling out! The fabric was torn underneath because itās electric! It ripped on the underside while operating the chair. The frame basically fell apart! We are now out of a chair and over $1000ā¦
Ashley Furniture did not offer us anything as far as compensation or discount on a new chair. They offered us absolutely NOTHING!
Basically, Ashley Furniture said it was in mint condition when we purchased it. That it was passed the 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Furniture protection said they donāt cover normal wear and tear and we should have reported it sooner.
We will never buy from Ashley Furniture again! Donāt ever buy the furniture protection plan!

The store assured us that the correct one was ordered and it was going to be all taken care of. That was not the case. The wrong bed frame came again and the order was messed up yet again. They again assured us that the order was going to be fixed and the correct item was ordered. When the delivery man came they only came to pick up the wrong order and the delivery guys told us that there was never another order placed. I have called this store no less than 6 times to try and get it sorted out only to get hung up on twice. No one at this store has been any help and we are now going on the second month of having to have an unusable mattress because we donāt have the proper frame. I would not recommend this store to anyone. After ordering thousands of dollars of furniture from this location you would like to believe that there would be some expectation that they would make an effort to keep their loyal customers...

They delivered the first part of the order last week but unfortunately only half of the items were available totally fine. Today the second half showed up which included the dining room table. The chairs were in the first delivery last week. As soon as it was in was obviously too big for the space. Called immediately per directions from the store - no problem when calling within 72 hours of delivery. However since the chairs, which were part of the set, were delivered on the original order date they r past the 72 hours and canāt be refunded!? Without the table how did they know they donāt want the set? If thatās policy why would u deliver pieces of a set on different weeks? My husband and I, my parents and now my adult have bought Ashley furniture for years. None of us will ever again step into their stores and I urge everyone reading this to...
