I really like chipotle's food, but yesterday evening was hands down the worst service I've received at a chipotle. They weren't particularly busy, as there were only 3 or 4 people in line behind us when we were getting our food, but the guy making our food was very pushy, rushing us down the line. This was particularly an issue because our 4 kids have only been to chipotle once before and needed a few seconds to decide what they wanted. He also wasn't consistent with the portions, skimping on a lot of the ingredients randomly (like the practically toothpick sized line of black beans in my bowl, or lack of rice in one of the kids bowls). Of course when we sat down to eat, the kids complained because they didnt get all they wanted on their bowls, and mine wasn't well made either honestly. There were no name tags, so before leaving I asked one of the workers what the guy's name was, and they said Alex Castro. He had a tattoo on his left arm that distinguished him from the other workers there yesterday. If I go back to this chipotle, I will be requesting that someone else make our bowls. I was very disappointed with his customer service, and my kids don't need to be rushed through their food choice. He'd barely stop for even a second, and even moved on before I could say something, when I knew exactly what I wanted. Unacceptable. Read moreI tried getting their quesadilla for dine in and was told I could only get this through the drive through and I HAVE to preorder it. How insane is that for a regular menu item!? So i tried that process a few weeks later and their ordering system was awful! I had to call it in and it was automated voice prompts with a ton of questions! It forced us to pay over the phone and we never got a receipt confirmation. When we drove up to the window...it was mayhem. The online ordering was glitching and they had to ask us what we ordered. They then had to make our orders. Even after we told them they still did not give us our sides that we so painstakingly ordered via that terrible automated ordering process! We checked our bag and had to go back into the drive thru line to tell them they still didnt give us everything. The girl made me feel like I was trying to steal cause she said her monitor didnt state that (that's what the glitch was all about...and THEIR the ones that told me that). She reluctantly gave us our sides. When I asked her to check our receipt she said her system does not allow them to print anything with a price or particulars. Horrible service! Of course our food was terribly cold by the time we got to eat it. And to boot...the white rice and beans were subpar. Something didnt taste right! Hmmm. Wont be going her anytime soon. Read moreI've been to a lot of Chipotles, and I can say that this one has consistently been disappointing. Normally I'm not the type of person to go out of my way to write a negative review, but this place needs help!
Every time I've gone to this location, the trash cans are spread around haphazardly, typically overflowing, their pop machine doesn't disperse their drinks correctly, supplies like silverware and napkins are always out, and the tables are all filthy. This past experience was the one that convinced me to speak out, as when I arrived, they informed us that they were OUT OF PROTEIN! I placed my order sometime around 7-8 pm on the app, and the store was suppose to be open till 11 pm, so to run out of meat seems like a HUGE problem. After explaining that I had placed an order on the app, they suddenly changed their tone and said we would be good? They never did explain why we did end up getting our food, while they were turning others away that walked in. It also looks very bad to them, as they were not busy at all, and three of their employees were just sitting at tables hanging out, leaving only three employees running the entire establishment.
Hopefully this reaches someone that can make a difference, or at the very least, warns others about coming to this establishment until a change...
