Today I came to get a smoothie and meal and placed an online order at 11:24 I got here at 11:45 and there are three cars in the drive thru so I go straight to the box and I’m INSTANTLY met with you need to come inside we’re too busy to do drive thru. I let them know I’m there for an online order and she says “I don’t care, you need to come inside to get it”
I explained how I have two sleeping children in my car and ask if there going to bring it out to me then and then she gives the LARGEST annoyed sigh she could give and tell me whatever just go through the drive through you’ll have to wait to receive your order until you tell us at the window and we can start making it. Then when I got to the window they didn’t even acknowledge me for another 5 minutes even though they saw me several times.
This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this female manager but it’ll surly be the last at this location.
If you have no ability to be kind to customers then you shouldn’t work in the customer service industry. I did nothing to be treated so poorly and yet I was met with unkindness and deliberately...

We could taste the fresh ingredients Cons: They seem to struggle in juggling online orders drive through and dine in customers however. Would like to see them develop better systems or stations to handle each type of order as they seem to frequently be mixing them up or falling behind. Often times customers who came behind me have gotten their orders first..so organization wise staff need to improve. (Our smoothies were given to wrong customers on 2nd trip-was given coupons for free smoothies in the future.) I have tried different times in the day with the same results. As for the smooties which should be the focus of the place...it's in the name....they are wonderful but are they worth the 10-30 min wait. (Again timed from multiple trips) For a new place though other than the wait I think with time and proper management/ development it will be a great addition to the...
Read morevery VERY disappointed with the service of AND ATTITUDE of Jasmyn here today. Son ordered the acadia bowl with no Strawberries extra bananas. Girl instantly had attitude on speaker when he ordered because it had to be specially made. Got to window and she hands him his bowl with strawberries no banana. He said no thats not what I ordered and said I ordered "just bananas no strawberries ". She said "well of course you didn't!" With attitude!!! She then went in back, brings him another bowl, no strawberries, just bananas. He gets to work, the bottom of bowl is so hard and frozen he can not even eat it!! For $9.49 and a frozen bowl you can't even eat before having to go back to work...I would definitely have to say I would NOT SUGGEST THIS PRODUCT...ALSO, for the size of this product I think the price is ridiculous. I love the smoothies. And sadly one person's attitude may have just ruined my opinion of this store. Note : he had bowl in fridge 2 hrs before bringing home and it is still frozen.
