Infinity Beauty Supply — Attraction in Norco

I was very disappointed with my experience, or should I say the lack thereof. After reading the reviews on this beauty supply I was very excited to pay them a visit. Especially considering they don't have a lot of beauty supplies such as this in the area. I arrived yesterday around 2:00 p.m. and upon arrival, I noticed too many cars in the parking lot. I proceeded to walk towards the door and one of the ladies who worked there closed and locked the door... as I was walking up. I wasn't sure if she was closing the door to keep flies out or cold air in, so I continue to walk up and pulled on the door handle which was in fact locked. The lady then came to the door and asked me if I was there to get my hair done. When I told her that I was not she proceeded to close and lock the door again; not explaining why they were closed at 2:00 in the afternoon... Not asking me what I was there for or how she could be of service. It's very unfortunate when you try and support businesses and this is the type of customer service that you receive. If they were closing the door in the middle of the afternoon for lunch then that should have been stated. If they were closing the door because she was the only one working and needed to use the restroom that should have been stated. If they were closing the door because they were going to close early for the day due to lack of customers that should have been stated. But simply closing the door without asking me how she could be of service was a very lackluster and unfortunate first experience. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to any other individuals seeking a beauty supply in the area....

I just wanted to share my experience with Infinity Beauty. I called in and spoke with Keisha. She was amazing and went out of her way to accommodate me over the phone. She made sure that what I was searching for was in stock at the store. She even provided items equivalent to what I was looking for. Not for the sale. But to make sure I was accommodated. She sent photos and gave recommendations.

I will definitely be back and will be recommending the shop. Her customer service was through the roof! My husband walked in the room and heard some of the conversation and he was impressed. He went and picked up the hair for me and he was thoroughly impressed by the customer service.

I've been doing business with this store from day one of opening and the owner and family are nothing short of wonderful citizens of the community, good business people and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customers. I was looking for a product they didn't have and she ordered it and keeps it on the shelf. I've never witnessed any of the negative comments. I wouldn't be surprised if the bad reviews had a different agenda having nothing to do with the products, pricing or otherwise, that's life as we know it Of course some items are priced higher than a different store, no big deal, buy it or travel further. No different than Sally's pricey items or any of the other stores further south or north on Hamner Ave. Thank...
