Bought a bed frame 10 months ago & it’s broken the wood under it is cheap I ordered out of a book and explained to sales rep my mattress was heavy and he said it would be ok. I’ve complained sent pictures and spoke with an employee who said he’d come look at it and order new pieces to replace it that was over 2.5 weeks ago and now nothing .
