Labcorp — Attraction in Norristown

This was the worst drug testing experience I’ve ever had. First thing I want to say is that the two women at the desk ...one Hispanic one African American were very rude and unhelpful. They almost cost my my job...I went to take the test now granted I couldn’t fill up the cup...so the Hispanic one told me to throw my sample in the trash and I had to wait there in their office for three hours (which is ridiculous and I’ve never heard of such) then I step out to call my employer and find out what I should do next. So I go back update them and she tells that she cancelled my test in the system because she thought I was leaving and that I need a new one. My employer told me that I would probably have to stick it out there for the three hours. So now at this point I’m still thinking my three hour timeframe still has started. But no it hasn’t...something told to ask her if I’m drinking the water and I have the urge to go can I give my sample and then when my test comes through can they process it. She tells me NO! The test needs to be sent over before my three hours starts. After I’ve been siting drinking water for about 30-45 mins already. I feel that they were just very unhelpful throughout the entire situation. You sat there (making calls on her cellphone) watching me drink water knowing that I needed my test sent beforehand. They should be fired. I wouldn’t recommend this...

This is the site I typically come to for blood work and have been doing so for years. My typical experience is about a 4, but it is my recent experience that I want to comment about. I was nervous about this appointment for my daughter (13) bc the last one at this location was horrendous. Not sure who the woman was then but she was really insensitive to my daughter’s high level anxiety and would not let me hold her hand. Fast forward to yesterday’s experience, my daughter needed to have blood work again and again experienced a high level of anxiety. CHARLIE is phenomenal! She was caring, compassionate and went beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. She recommended using the bed and allowed my daughter’s friend to hold her hand. Charlie spoke to my daughter like a girlfriend and shared some laughs. Even though my daughter cried the whole time, having Charlie’s warmth and sweetness made the situation better for all of us. Thank you, Charlie!!!! You deserve a reward bc I’ve read the positive experiences others have with you and it is obvious that you are an amazing person and uphold top notch...

I would’ve gave it a 0 if I could!!! This office is very unprofessional and ghetto. I waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes and even yelled hello and no one came out. It wasn’t until another gentleman came in after me did someone come to the front desk. As she walked up she blurted “all these mother f’n people!” The girl sat down at the desk and yelled a name. (Which was the guy behind me) I stood there for another 5-6 minutes before she called me up and asked for a script, didn’t speak nor lift her head from the screen. At this point I’m beyond annoyed from the lack of professionalism and customer service she has. She asked if I had anything to eat or drink because the test I was getting required me to fast. I left and decided to come back the next day where the SAME girl was there and still being rude and disrespectful. She even stated that she was some type of supervisor to a lady that was in the office crying asking for a manager! At that point I decided to leave and go to another office.
