Rent-A-Center — Attraction in North Adams

A joke that’s the only word I can think of when this place comes to mind.

You get approved but because store manager Scott is petty and thinks because he’s a store manager he can call the shots he can deny you even though the system approved you.

Also his associates more specifically Chris very rude calling more than twice a day very unprofessional.

You are a rental place people rent things from you because they can’t find the item or afford it, and if they can’t afford it they have the option to send it back.

Stop harassing people & acting like you are a big deal because your not.

I’ve already reached out to corporate & reported the behavior more specifically the volger language that was used in front of me and my fiancée.

Terrible service Was told no manager on duty and the employee was the only one in the store. It was supposed to be delivered today between 3 to 5 we called at 4:30 they said all the employees in Pittsfield quit and they had to send employees to Pittsfield they did not notify us and our stove was supposed to be here so we could cook dinner for our kids. It is now 630 and still no delivery. Also have to miss work...

They are okay. Depends on who you talk to some worker have great customer service. I have rented from them in the past and i paid my stuff off and they were pretty flexible with payments and if u did miss a payment or 2 if you talked to them they would work with you.
