Berkshire Art Museum — Attraction in Cheshire

Loved it. I understand this style of art isn't for everyone, but I throughly enjoyed the juxtaposition of walking among the art in such a beautiful setting. You can tell how much time and thought went into making each space. The rotating galleries were wonderful as well. I think we spent about an hour looking at everything. I only wish I knew at the time I was speaking with the artist, so I could have told him how much his art spoke to me! The second location, a very short walk away, was also incredibly worth the visit. Small local art museum. in an old converted church. We were at Mass MoCA which is just several blocks away, so we drove over. Several interesting exhibits and pieces. Affordable and interesting but sadly the basement exhibits are molding and there is visible water damage/drainage issues. This may be due to the recent flooding issues in New England but something needs to be done ASAP to save the art. Until the mold is gone they should not allow...
