Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day! I ordered a dozen roses way in advance for Valentine's Day. Several times I explained that they were being delivered to my significant other AT WORK and that the address was AN OFFICE. At 3 PM when I hadn't heard that the flowers had been delivered I called. Their machine said they were "not picking up the phone today." They showed up at 7 PM and of course everyone had left by then. They did nothing to notify me of this so my significant other had to take my word for it and I'm lucky she did! The next day they showed up and lied, saying I had not explained it was an office! Do not do business with these people. They are liars who obviously can't handle...

Excellent customer service!! I am a novice when it comes to buying flowers and I needed a bright "get well soon" bouquet for someone special. Although the selection was a bit scarce (probably because it's the end of summer?) The owner had some great suggestions and I was able to personalize and perfect an existing bouquet. He accommodated exactly what I needed at a VERY reasonable price, and he even added some beautiful yellow roses while staying completely within my budget. Highly recommend, will be back next time I need flowers.

Absolutely blown away! I walked in having no clue what I was looking for. The built bouquets were appropriately seasonally styled, being around Christmas, but I wanted something a little more unique. The person working mentions they could arrange something. I picked one flower I liked and a price range. I couldn’t believe how beautiful and unique the arrangement was when he came from the back.
