When it comes to reviews people almost never go out of there way to write a good one, unless of course there was really superb customer service. But in my opinion having that level of customer service is as rare as having a one off experience.
People always post their bad experience so these ratings are really skewed. But they really deserve 5 stars
Ive went here since I used to be 12, and Everytime they have provided me excellent service. Service is quick and easy, and I've never had an issue. Ofcourse if you come in with an attitude and demand entitlement then you won't be getting any of that. But come in with just your business in mind then you will have a great experience. I always come for my prescription and they give it to me in a timely manner. And in situations where it takes time they resolve the issue or atleast reassure me that they are working on it which they do. In terms of the convenience store part of CVS they always have great deals. Self checkout is really nice, since I feel like I'm faster. Even then I'm not saying that staff is slow. They are more than fast. It's just I prefer self checkout. Overall I love the staff they are really great. I couldn't tell you the names but I don't want to physically describe them either. Upon checkout, my wife and I asked Tracyann to split our balance due between two cards Very simple request, 41 dollars on this card and 41 dollars on that card. We live one minute away and are always at this CVS . We have split our payment MULTIPLE TIMES here. It's how we keep our expenses. Anyway, TracyAnn refused to split the bill for us and referred me to the ATM machine....... Are you serious? You want me to go pay a $3.50 ATM fee so I can give you cash? It's 2020, we use debit cards out here on planet earth and we often split payments between people. I only asked twice and was refused. I had to put the whole bill on my card, which I absolutely did not want to do. Basically Tracyann is untrained and lying to customers, telling them whatever she feels like and not what the store policy is.
Poor customer service, I won't be back. I spend usually over 200$ here a week too. Good thing quick check is one light away and on the way home anyway. Please train your employees better and that will lead to repeat customers. Keep putting anyone at the register and letting them tell people whatever they want is a quick way to lose customers.

Read moreThis is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. I thought the day of my marriage would be the happiest moment in my life. Then I had my twin sons, I thought this would be the happiest moment in my life. I was wrong again. The pharmacists and techs here are spot on and so kind. Filling my prescriptions here is officially the greatest part of my life. The hard work and dedication of the techs and the pharmacists, especially Gavin, blow my mind with kindness and hard work. I left the store smiling more then any moment in 14 years of marriage. I can’t wait to fill my prescriptions there next month.
