If I could give zero stars I would. If I could get in touch with the health department I would. These women are so nasty. And so rude. After entering the restaurant with a customer waiting⦠I stood there for about a minute before someone acknowledged that I and another customer was waiting. After they looked dead in our eyes. Lady at the register who seem she just finished bagging a sandwich the waiting customer ordered she runs around the counter with her gloves on, rubbed on the table, touched a bag of chips, run back around the counter touch the bag, touch the register, started making my sandwich with same pair of gloves. Touched the bread, the meat then the oven tray, then the oven, then the counter then the ovenā¦. On and on. My stomach literally turned watching her do it. I had to say something. Then has an entire attitude and says āIāll change the gloves⦠see there is that better for u?,ā as if I was begging her a favor. Itās nasty. And Iām pretty sure this is normal habit of hers. I was so grossed out. I ended up throwing the sandwich out. Wasted 12$⦠all I kept thinking is.. this is why Covid is raging wild. I even asked her⦠what if I was from the health department⦠what explanation would u have for me?⦠Iām literally in ahh. Iām done eating there....

Either they are bored, overworked, or not paid enough. Visit this location and then visit the subway in south Brunswick or at the Shoppes at North Brunswick and you'll experience a wildly different vibe. I get afraid to ask for anything extra or off the "norm" at this location. The employees just stare at you until you decide what you want to get, which makes me nervous as I'm gliding my eyes across the menu. If there are more than one employee, they all seem to speak a different language together, although I know they speak English because they ask me what I'd like on my sandwich. The only other reason i can think of to speak a different language, is if they're bad mouthing the customer. This also makes me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the owner has to work on a lot of things, but most of all, create a more positive environment for employees so that customers are excited to revisit the location. Waiting in the car for about 15-20 mins. No one came when I went inside to pick the the Order. She quotes āI didnāt see any notifications or curbside. You have to pick up if you want.ā I apologize and said okay I will pick up. Fountain machine was not working she said. So she said pick up the machine and when I was not able to find she said again ācan you read?
