I had Tina for my massage.

Went in with acute hip flexor, SI joint, and glute pain. Came out almost crying from the pain relief. She's THAT good.

Communication: 9/10

English isn't the first language but she did understand and speak fluently enough for a conversation, do everything I asked, tailored the massage as asked, kept asking if I was ok while working through the painful areas.

Value: 10/10.

A massage that heals you and is significantly cheaper than the chains.... Phenomenal.

Skill: 10/10

When she applied sustained pressure and I felt my muscle spasm and release... I knew she KNEW what she was doing. She followed the muscle structure and wasn't just rubbing in a North/South or East/West motion. Nothing hurt that wasn't supposed to. If you've had medical massage therapy, you understand that some pain is necessary. She walked a very fine line with that pain, to perfection. Pressure applied was "medium".

Atmosphere: 7/10

Probably the only area for improvement here. My room had a window to the parking lot and the blinds were not fully closed or curtained. That led to the room being a bit bright when I flipped over. I should have asked for a towel to cover my eyes, but I wasn't offered one either.

External noise: nearly non-existent. It's far enough from the road. No crazy construction going on next door or above (single story) that I seem to find way too often at other Parlors.

Professionalism: 10/10

She didn't leave to answer the phone, check in a customer, wasn't yelling or talking to the other employees... A definite plus in the world of Asian Massage Parlors where they might leave 4 times. I visited at 1:30pm on a Thursday, so your mileage may vary.

No funny business. Even in more vulnerable positions it never felt like she was trying to suggest additional services. That said, she wasn't conservative on her approach. My areas of concern require work very near most people's erogenous zones. Most would find it awkward or invasive but knowing she knows what she's doing took any worry off that. Sometimes you just gotta get in there when your lower back and butt muscles feel like a yarn ball after a cat attack.

When she was done and I put on my shoes without pain, I almost cried... I tipped this woman 50% of the total cost because she worked miracles on me. A RARE FIND among AMPs.

This place better never go out...

I called, and the Gentleman at the front was able to schedule a 90-minute session with no problem. The Massage with Ms. Susan (massage therapist) was AWESOME! I had a crook in my neck, and my entire body was sore. Ms. Susan located all my problem areas!! She provided the best massage ever!! She is a Master and is very intuitive! It's amazing that I did not have to say anything, and she was able to provide a perfect massage ... It was just what I needed.I left with no pain and feeling rejuvinated. Most importantly, my neck was healed ! My body was recharged and ready to get back in the gym.

Ms. Susan is very skilled and the Best in South Carolina! A LIAN Massage is as good as it gets !! The leadership does a great job.Very clean facility and top-of-the-line...

I booked my 2 hour Manager's special massage on a Wednesday. Showed up for my appointment on Friday and they had no record of me. He said he could fit me in anyway so I thought great. During my massage, he had his cell phone with him that turned out to be the company phone. He kept taking calls repeatedly during my massage. Two different times he laid his phone right next to my head so it startled me when it buzzed. Three times when he answerered calls, he booked future appointments but didn't write them down so no wonder he didn't know about me when I arrived. The other people who worked there also kept knocking on the door and stood there for several minutes having a discussion while he was massaging me. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had...
