Ordered ahead of time. Walked up and said hey I have a pick up order. The two girls look confused and their like we have 3 tickets for you. I said oh okay thatās weird and they asked what I had ordered. Fixed. Then as Iām waiting with several other people one the girls is like weāre out of water bottles and gives me a cup. Cool no worries. Fixed. Two of the guys and pregnant lady that were there before me look really annoyed. The lady making sandwiches is busting her tail and the two girls in front seem lost and just standing around. Thereās a section for Pick Up orders but no orders were ever placed there. One of the ladies making sandwiches would quietly mumble someoneās name and the put them behind the cashier on on a rack on the bottom shelf. Another lady and I looked at each other and were asked what she said. I found that odd since thereās a Order Pick Up shelf thatās clear as day and sitting empty. The cashier is helping a new customer that walks in and the other finally starts helping make lattes. Finally get my sandwich and go to leave. One of the gentlemen also leaving who ate there held the door for me and said wow you sure waited a long time. I hope it was worth it. I laughed and said me too. The food i ordered was good. The wait sucked. Maybe because they just opened is why it was a little unorganized. Iāll let some time pass and then give them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAwesome, I should have tried it sooner. I tried the Philly on a bread of the day, the Duncan I think it was. Such a delightful delicatessen bistro experience. Like nothing I had before, SO DELICIOUS!!! You'll appreciate they strive for sustainability as well. The to go packaging was biodegradable no styrofoam or plastic. In store appeared to be served on porcelain, the environment was sterile and super clean (they work hard). The staff is very friendly and even smile, which is a switch from so many places today. Very much appreciated their efforts. I took a family member back with me we picked out a double chocolate muffin, massive delicious scone, and a pepperoni roll!!! I was super stoked about the pepperoni roll, it's the first I've found in SC in the almost four decades I've lived here, and it and everything else was made fresh in house. The prices seemed very fair. In many cases lower than a combo meal at fast food, and I think a PB&J was around $2.50 which kids would enjoy. They seemed dialed in on pure ingredients, and have a section of grocery items for sale as well that seemed superior to whole foods. Their breakfast items sounded delicious and I hope to try soon. You'll want one of their fresh made loaves to take home to hold you over until you can make it back. Thanks to all the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to this location twice now, 1st day of the grand opening and in a week time there was quite improvement. Given day one is always a hit or miss for a company and can be quite overwhelming for staff it didn't deter me from coming back. Then while I was working at the airport an employee from this location stopped by caviar and bananas to give me a "free loaf of bread card" after recognizing which was super awesome and unique and I knew then I really did have to come back! I came today and got a loaf of their super yummy Dakota bread šš a blueberry cream cheese sconeā¤ļø and a Caramel breve (you have to request for the milk to be steamed, I was unaware and should've asked lol, but this drink in particular is your choice of milk poured in (unless you request steamed), 1 shot of espresso (for a 12oz) or 2 shots of espresso (for a 16oz)) All of which were fresh and super delicious!š Also before your meal you can get a free slice of bread or pastry item that they have available! But has a heads up not all breads are available everyday so just make sure to ask before requesting a particular loaf!
With all that being said, the staff is super friendly and very welcoming! Overall I love this location and looking forward to...
