Ramen: -The broth is pretty solid of all the ramens I tried.(spicy Tonkotsu, tonkotsu rich garlic, Miso) -the seasoned eggs were not marinated long enough and slightly over done -noodles do not soak up the broth very well so they are a bit bland (I took some left overs home and had them for breakfast. The noodles flavor improved greatly also they did not become bloated and mushy) -the amount of meat in each bowl was pathetic I received 3 slices of pork that may have been slightly over 1mm thick. (coming from other places with comparable pricing this is unacceptable I would expect a minimum of three 4mm thick pieces or Ideally about 4oz of meat )

Rest of the food: -The chicken Katsu was well made and of a reasonable amount but they cut it into very thin strips which made each bite feel like not much.

-The takoyaki Balls were the best dish I had

-Chicken Karaage was good on flavor but inconsistent on size. My order had some decent size pieces and some small pieces while my brother got a bunch of tiny pieces with a few decent size pieces. The tiny pieces almost entirely being breading.

-the shrimp shumai tasted like they where definitely frozen but non the less well reheated

Our server was nice, helpful, and attentive though a bit green. They are currently still working out there system for how they organize all of their tables. Anything that was wrong was reasonably quickly fixed (the eggs for all of our ramen were forgotten and a salad had dressing instead of dry). Drinks were quickly refilled.

Decent opening week, but I am really hoping that they take a look at these reviews and improve. Otherwise I may end up just buying Takoyaki and...

I recently dined at Mr. Pan's Ramen House and had an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Food: I sampled a variety of dishes, including the takoyaki, shrimp shumai, fried oyster, tonkotsu ramen, and chicken katsu. Each dish was amazing. The takoyaki was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The shrimp shumai was delicate and savory, a perfect appetizer. The fried oyster was fresh and delicious, with a perfect balance of crunch and juiciness.

The highlight was undoubtedly the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of umami. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the toppings, especially the tender pork slices, added a wonderful depth of flavor. The chicken katsu was equally impressive, with a crispy coating and juicy, well-seasoned meat inside.

Ambiance: The ambiance at Mr. Pan's Ramen House is great. The decor is modern and inviting, with a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for a casual meal or a gathering with friends.

Service: The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any requests.

Overall: Mr. Pan's Ramen House exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful...

Never once have I left a bad Google review but this place needs one and where to start with everything. I took my mom there to dine in and have dinner the service from the waitress was ok but the food and prices on the other hand are terrible. I ordered spicy chicken ramen and my mother had ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice while both our appetizers were salad, miso soup, tempura shrimp, and fries. Now my fries tasted decent while the ramen tasted disgusting I have never in my life tasted cold noodles in hot broth. The eggs were frozen and the sea weed as soon as I tasted it I had to spit it out because it tasted putrid. Also I'm disappointed because the chicken that is in the ramen tasted cold in hot broth which the chicken tasted bland like it was pre boiled then frozen and then left to thaw out before serving. The only thing I could eat somewhat was my fries because when eating my ramen I felt sick to my stomach. My mother's food was just as bad boiled chicken that wasn't hot with teriyaki sauce dumped on it and her miso tasting disgusting and her salad being frozen. And for all this I paid 60 dollars I've never been more dissatisfied with a restaurant in my life. Avoid this place at all costs because all your going to have here is...

The Rich Garlic Beef was delicious broth but not as garlicky as I was hoping I suppose, but I'm a freak for garlic. It was topped with a marinated egg, pickled shoots, corn, bean sprouts, and green onion, all quality. It came with disappointing amounts of beef(6 of the very thin cuts in the picture) but I gotta say, the meat itself was super good and tender and maybe my quantity expectation is an American thing, I'd be open to that. My babe got the curry chicken katsu, it was even better than mine for sure, very creamy broth and crispy chicken(and a fair amount) and I'll be getting that next time. Appetizers(steamed chicken dumplings) were perfectly cooked, a lil sticky and begging to be soaked in sauce 🤌 Non-alcoholic drink menu, which is totally fine, just something you should know if you were ready for Sake like I was. Didn't see much in the way of napkins at the table but the service was on the money, very responsive and kind. Overall, would come here again, probably deserves more business.

Mr. Pan Ramen House has a beautiful atmosphere the decor and wall art is just plain gorgeous. My wife and I ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen, spicy miso ramen and the fried oysters. The fried oysters were really good definitely recommend. The ramen on the other hand wasn’t truly authentic. The broth tasted as if it was watered down and the miso wasn’t as strong compared to real authentic Japanese ramen. The garlic tonkotsu broth was good but the pork broth was not as rich and authentic. The noodles for the ramen were alright. Nonetheless at least we have a ramen place to go to here in the Charleston area. Definitely still miss the old ramen spot in downtown Charleston before they left a few year ago as their ramen was way more authentic compared to Mr. Pan Ramen but I believe a few tweaks to their broth can definitely up the umami and flavor!

I recently dined at Mr Pan Ramen House and overall had a good experience. I tried the latest addition to the menu, the garlic chicken ramen, and was impressed with the flavor and quality of the dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the garlic flavor was prominent without being overwhelming. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion size of the ramen. Compared to noodle houses in Japan, Hawaii, and Guam, the portions at Mr Pan Ramen House are definitely on the smaller side. I found myself wishing for a bit more noodles and broth to truly satisfy my appetite. Despite this, I still enjoyed my meal and would recommend Mr Pan Ramen House for those looking for a tasty bowl of ramen. Just be prepared for slightly smaller portions compared to traditional noodle houses.
