Nails Expo — Attraction in North Miami Beach

Absoulutely deplorable. I have been coming to this location for awhile and the female nail tech with the brown hair that did my nails is unprofessional. I decided to get dipping powder for my natural nails and she did a terrible job. There was dryed up dipping powder under one of my nails and i came back and i told her what she did she said "you had no nails on that side so i left it there so it wouldnt break". I left the salon thinking that was the case and that was normal but no. She lied straight to my face, offered no apology or even to redo the whole thing, or even offered a refund. Have to spend money again to redo my nails and undo what she did. I usually get my nails done naturally with no extensions so what she did couldve destroyed my real nails. Even the other nail tech that redid my nails she said that what she did was bad and that wasnt normal. She didnt even tell me and left the powder on the area without my knowledge.

The manager told me that he cannot refund the service even though that female technician messed up my nails.He even had the nerve to ask if I wanted five bucks for the one nail that was messed up. Very passive aggresive, rude, and arrogant. He doesnt understand basic customer service skills and complaints but he used his broken english to explain that im not getting my money back. Also said that it wasn't her fault and that technician is still doing peoples nails. She is a skinny asain lady with long black/brownish hair. She also resembles Gollum from Lotr in the face. Refused to refund took no accountability. Even offered me a pedicure after i specifically said i wanted my money back. Said it was my fault because I didn't notice at first and paid for the service even though i came back and i complained to the tech and she lied. Do not spend your hard earned money at this salon. If Linda the pedicure tech didn’t do my feet I would’ve had the worst experience Ever.

The young lady that did my nails in the chair right next to the owner had an attitude the whole entire time. I felt her energy. She rushed, my nails looks oddly shaped but I didn’t mention it as I was on an important call/meeting. she didn’t clean my cuticles and when I got home 2 nails chipped the same exact day. I went back the next day with 3 nails chipped. I get my nails done consistently with gel in new York and it last a month. 1 day is absurd. I don’t work with my hands when returning the next day and explaining to the owner that I need my nails fixed the young lady had an attitude again . Going back-and-forth with the owner in their language just to fix my nails. I told him I will never be returning back here again because this is horrible customer service I paid for a service. I didn’t come here to get it for free and her attitude is disgusting. She needs to learn to work on her Attitude if she’s going to work with the public because we are the ones who patronize their business.
