I’m beyond ecstatic to have found these guys. We ordered takeout last night on Uber eats but unfortunately they were out of chicken and rice for sides. We got a all from the truck explaining that they were out and asking what we would like as a sub. This is where the best customer service in Miami kicked in!
We were offered not just replacements for what was out, but an array of other items for free for the inconvenience. We ordered 2 kafta platters and in addition for fries, salad, kibbeh, falafel and baklava! This is what I call really looking after your customers. Lebanese guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied, something that is truly lacking in most places in Miami.
Food-wise everything was also delicious. The kafta was perfectly seasoned, fattoush salad was just addictive (I couldn’t stop eating it, kibbeh and falafel were delicious too and the hummus was so flavorful 😍.
We will definitely be back, we loved the service, felt truly taken care of and appreciated, we even got a call back an hour later from them to check if we enjoyed the food! Guys I can’t tell you how much it made our night.
Can’t wait to see you...
Read moreChef Gary here & today we are trying out LEBANESE GUYS located at 7305 BIRD ROAD.
We, that is my beautiful wife & I, went out to the food truck pop up location where they have a restaurant in the works. There’s plenty of parking & seating is outdoors (at the moment). We met Muhammad, one of the proprietors, & Chef Muhammad whipped us up one of the best shawarma’s I’ve had yet. The wrap was consistent & fulfilling, the sauces were simple & balanced perfectly. Chef Muhammad even took us through a tour of the soon to be hookah bar & lounge, full of style & comfort, can’t wait till it opens. Remodeled building took 3 years in the making & from what we saw will be the cats meow in the neighborhood. In the mean time, if your craving some good lebanese come down & grab some great middle eastern cuisine & have a friendly chat & don’t forget to try dessert- baklava or lebanese “lady fingers” with cashews & pistachios yum!
Thank you Chef Muhammad for your hospitality the food was amazing! And thank you for the personalized tour....
Read moreFirst time dining at Lebanese Guys tonight and it exceeded every single one of our expectations. This was the first of many for us. When we arrived the chef and the owner greeted us like we were regular customers. They immediately took time to go over the entire menu and also had us sample so many of the items! Everything was delicious. We had two platters one with Kafta (minced beef skewers) with baba ghannou and Rice, the second was beef & lamb shawarma with Hummus and Fattoush salad. What a delight. We also tried two of their alcohol free beers and the baklava to close the night. We sampled almost all the menu and this is amongst the best Lebanese I have tried. They showed us around the venue they are opening in the next two months in the same shopping strip and it will be a local favorite for sure. Come out and check them out you will...
