First I give fair honest reviews I tell it like it is and try my best to explain my experience..

Iv been ordering international soda and snacks for many years. I like to order from 3 or 4 different places and always love to find new vendors or shops. I recently came across this place and the selection was great!

After I placed my order recieved a email from them saying something was out of stoke and they gave me several options to refund or replace and they were so quick to respond. This level of professionalism needs to be noted because most of these soda and snack shops aren't good with customer service or fixing issues.

My order came today not only did everything come FRESH but they put all these little exotic candy's inside! Alot of times with rare soda they come flat or old and every single soda I got from here was FRESH almost brand new.

I will absolutely be telling everyone how great this company is and I will be back again soon...

When I first walked in, the energy seemed great. I came in for some local snacks, but while shopping, it quickly became uncomfortable. Even though I was being assisted by the cashier, I noticed we were being watched closely. Then, two none brown skinned customers came in and were able to browse freely without the same attention or side eye.

I can’t say for sure if it was because we were brown-skinned, but the difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing.

Also, be mindful when shopping here not all items have visible prices, the cashier seems to set prices at checkout, and there are no exchanges or returns. This is not the kind of welcoming shopping experience...

Bad energy from this company slow shipping will not return. I had a bad experience here they asked me to take down my 1 star review I gave awhile back because they had slow shipping and rude customer service. Well I decided to repost my 1 star review because this company deserves it after my horrible experience ordering from here. Also they refunded a bunch of items and did not ship the items they refunded . I am choosing other exotic snack options going forward and actually already have been...
