Lost Treasure Golf offers a fantastic blend of fun, creativity, and adventure, making it one of the top mini-golf spots in North Myrtle Beach. The course is inspired by the legendary tales of Professor Duffer A. Hacker and his search for ancient treasures. As soon as you arrive, you’re immersed in a world of exploration, with the course taking you through tropical jungles, mysterious caves, and majestic waterfalls, all while hunting for hidden treasure.

What really sets Lost Treasure Golf apart is the theming. Every detail, from the mining carts to the ancient temple ruins, enhances the sense of adventure, making it feel like much more than just mini-golf. The course features two separate 18-hole layouts—Diamond and Gold—both offering a variety of obstacles and scenic backdrops. Each hole is designed with creativity in mind, blending just the right amount of challenge with fun elements like water hazards, tunnels, and dynamic elevations. Whether you’re aiming through a cave or putting around a waterfall, every hole is an exciting new challenge, ensuring you never get bored.

A highlight of the experience is the small mining train ride that transports you to the start of the course. It’s a fun touch that adds to the immersive adventure feel, especially for younger kids who love the idea of being on a real treasure hunt. The course itself is impeccably maintained, with vibrant landscaping, clean facilities, and well-kept greens that make gameplay smooth and enjoyable.

Lost Treasure Golf is perfect for all ages, from families with young children to groups of friends or couples looking for a lighthearted date night. The course offers plenty of shaded areas, which is a relief on hot days, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and fun. It’s also beautifully lit in the evenings, making it a great option for nighttime play.

The staff at Lost Treasure Golf are friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or ensure you have what you need. Pricing is reasonable, and you definitely get your money’s worth in terms of the immersive experience and the quality of the course.

In summary, Lost Treasure Golf is a can’t-miss attraction in North Myrtle Beach. With its creative theming, well-maintained course, and fun, family-friendly atmosphere, it’s one of the best mini-golf courses in the area. Whether you’re a mini-golf enthusiast or just looking for an entertaining way to spend an afternoon or evening, Lost Treasure Golf offers a memorable experience that will leave you wanting to come back for more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the...

Myrtle Beach is the self-proclaimed “mini golf capital of the world”. A drive down I-17 it’s easy to understand why. One of those courses that you will pass is Professor Hacker‘s lost treasure golf. This is one of those standard theme type courses with big landscapes and lots of eye-catching set pieces. This course has two separate 18-hole offerings.

The diamond course tends to be the easier of the two and is more family friendly. While the gold was said to be a little bit more challenging. The fun family gimmick of this course is the option to take stairs to the elevated first hole, or a passenger train up the side of the golf course passing many of the holes, on your way to the first hole.

I wouldn’t say either course is very challenging to some professional mini golf players such as myself and my family, however we still had fun. The cost was $10 per person per course with an optional six dollar fee to cover the second round if we chose to play the alternate course. The 18th hole on both courses swallows your ball to ensure you don’t skip and play the other course for free, however there were no employees really paying attention to this in the off season, or they didn’t seem to care.

If you have morals and ethics, let the front office know that you got a hole in one and there are random holes that will award you a free round. In our family, we tend to like the difficult gimmicky holes that make it challenging and fun with the imagination to make the hole interesting. For the most part, these holes were straight ahead with minor obstacles that took the fun and difficulty out of the equation. At the end of the day, we had a great time with our families fun tournament for spring break. There are still other courses we want to check out but this was...

My husband and I decided to do a date night, and decided on putt putt golf at the Lost Treasure. Overall experience was good. Prices were reasonable. The set-up and overall vibe was fun, relaxed and a good time. Only complaints is waiting at each hole for the party in front of us to putt. Also an incident in parking lot where people was hanging out near my vehicle did cause negativity. A girl acted like She was going to kick my car, resulting in us having words. Maybe better parking lot survalience. Beautiful scenery, waterfall display, clean, family friendly. We will be going back!!!
