Heart broken and extremely disappointed with the quality of craftsmanship and customer service. We had a family heirloom sized to fit. The ring came back a half size smaller than requested with dented and twisted prongs. The width of the band was shaved down, reducing the weight quite a bit and leaving the back much narrower than the sides. When we expressed our disappointment, they did not offer an apology nor refund. They did offer to fix it but who would trust them again? When we declined, a man in back said "just give them a piece of scrap," which came across sounding very rude. We also had a gold chain "fixed." It came apart in the shower and went down the drain two days later. This was a costly, terrible experience all around.

An absolutely terrible experience. I wanted to get a bracelet engraved and Eloquence had the highest reviews, which is why I’m so shocked about my terrible experience. The second I walked into the store I got uncomfortable vibe. It felt extremely pretentious and unwelcoming. I was greeted by a woman who is rather unfriendly. Throughout our conversation, I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt that she was looking down on me as I do not appear extremely wealthy and I am young. I explained to her I was here to get a bracelet, engraved and requested to see what the engraving look like. It seemed as if she was appalled by my request, and said I could not see the fonts they offered. She could’ve politely explained it to me, but she was acting as if I was rude for asking. I explained to her it was a very expensive bracelet and I did not feel comfortable getting it engraved with out knowing the font. She continued to make me uncomfortable and act as if I was so ridiculous for asking such a question. I called eloquence jewelry today all worried because I have been so sick with vertigo and I hadn’t been able to get my mothers wedding rings fixed earlier in the week also keeping in mind it was Mother’s Day weekend. My true Good friend Charlona took my moms rings to where I had called earlier today I spoke with Angie and Janine and after explaining to them that my mom is in a nursing home with beginners dementia and Saturday was my parents anniversary however Mother’s Day will be 3 yrs since my dad passed. After explaining everything they spoke with the owners said they would have it done by Friday. So I can give it to my mom Saturday my parent’s anniversary.
