My wife and I recently purchased a lot of very expensive patio furniture from this store. The quality of the furniture is good. I wish I could say the same for our customer service experience. When my wife and I were in the showroom, hesitating to buy our furniture from this store because of the expensive prices, the saleswoman said she would include a set of two lounge chairs, side table and umbrella (all of which was on display in the store) but only charge us for the chairs and side table. To us, that clearly meant that the umbrella -- and the stand that was holding it up -- were being included for free. So we relented, agreed to go forward with the transaction, and paid over $11,000 for our new furniture. They also charged an additional $500 to deliver all the furniture to our home (which admittedly is a several hours' drive from the store). But when the furniture arrived, they failed to include the stand for the umbrella. Their delivery driver readily acknowledged to us that the umbrella should have come with a stand (and always does), and he encouraged me to call the store about it. So I did. But I did not expect them to have to make a separate long drive to deliver just one umbrella stand, so I suggested that if they would credit my credit card for my actual cost to buy an umbrella stand at my local Home Depot (probably about $25), I'd be very happy to handle it that way instead. Unfortunately, to my surprise and disappointment, the store's response was that they technically never promised to include the stand that was holding up the umbrella in the showroom -- just the umbrella. Personally, I thought this was ticky-tack and unprofessional, especially considering how much money we spent with them. My frustration has nothing to do with having to spend a little extra money to buy an umbrella stand; rather, it's all about the principle. It left a sour taste in my mouth. If you shop here, hopefully you will have a more positive experience. But my wife and I will not do business with this store again. P.S. While we were debating whether to purchase our furniture from this store or another patio furniture store that we had just visited, one of the salesmen told us that the other store advertised that their outdoor cushions were made with Sunbrella fabric but that this was a lie. I subsequently learned that that was a completely false accusation by the salesman at the Palm Beach Patio Furniture store. Just another example of unprofessional behavior and attitude, in this one person's humble opinion......

Read moreThis is a patio store from hell. This was the worst retail experience that I've experienced in my life, no joke. These crooks take 100% of your money up front and then deliver the worst possible customer service that you can imagine. In my case they tried to sell me a table in place of the one I ordered that didn't match the set of chairs. Why? Because eleven months after I placed my order, the owner stopped doing business with the manufacturer leaving me hanging with four chairs and no table. Great way to look out for the customers' interests, right? Then when I refused to accept the replacement table from a different manufacturer that didn't match, Dan, the owner, agreed to issue me a refund for the table. He told me that he will contact the "home office" and have them mail me a check that I should receive in 14 days. The check never came so I called the store to follow up on the status. Each time I called (was several phone calls) Dan, recognizing my voice, hung up on me. My wife called Megan and the same thing happened. In desperation, I contacted my credit card company and asked them to intercede which enabled me to get my money back. This is a true and accurate description of my experience with this outfit. Read moreI rarely write reviews unless service is SO good or SO poor and unfortunately this is the latter. Products themselves are good. Showroom good. Poor customer service. We received a wrong color cushion and waited for many months for a replacement. Finally the cover alone was sent and the cushion would not fit inside. They took it and tried themselves but it came back damaged and soiled. They offered to stuff it with their own filler but we declined as we had paid to dollar for a brand name cushion. They finally called with a cushion claiming it was from the retailer but it was clearly stuffed by them. They finally replaced the cushion but it was about a year process and Megan became very rude when we were the ones inconvenienced and frustrated after over 6 months of being understanding. Extremely poor customer service. The one time we met the owner (older gentleman) he was very nice but unfortunately the customer service went majorly downhill.
