Tried this place for the first time. I had high hopes. They were dashed. Quiche was overcooked (burnt) and the consistency was one of curdled eggs. The almond croissant was also overcooked (burnt) and bitter, and the almond paste inside had baked solid. This is not how it should be. The coffee wasn't very good (they don't grind beans fresh before making espresso, but use pods similar to a Keurig). All in all, very mediocre for premium prices.

For a good French bakery, there are better options.

In response to the restaurant: I find your response (that you subsequently changed... I added a screenshot of the partial response that showed in my email for people reading this so they can make their own conclusions) to my review both condescending and insulting. I AM a big fan of Italian coffee and certainly have a palette for it (how dare you assume that I don't like the swill you serve because I don't know any better), and have a $2k DeLonghi machine in my house where I make coffee every day that puts yours to shame.

I never said you used a Keurig, but you DO use a drop in pod of ground coffee (not freshly ground) and the teaspoon of pure grit I had in the bottom of my cup was UNACCEPTABLE.

My initial 3 star review was GENEROUS considering I threw away more than half of my croissant and half of my coffee as they were not worth consuming, so I have edited it. I only ate the sorry excuse for a quiche because I spend $15 on it, was hungry, and was already late for work. Clearly your attitude is as bad as your offerings. I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on. Based on your response I don't feel you will even deserve another chance.

EDIT: How can you say I ate the food at another restaurant?? You assume too much with no information. THAT IS MY DINING ROOM TABLE!!! I took my to-go order home, 1) because I was running late for work and 2) because your chairs are...

Been here twice, and have yet to be able to try the food here due to the disrespectful staff! The first time I came to eat here, we arrived 30 mins before they were closing and they told us they were unable to serve us because they were "about to close", and sent us away. The second time I came to eat here, the staff made everything an issue. My parents ordered two sandwiches, to which they said that they could not make them because the baguette was hot, which my parents had no issue with, but they still said that they didn't want to prepare it like that. They were extremely rude to them and were making it such an issue to order their sandwich. I decided to order a quiche, and it came with a salad full of walnuts (I am extremely allergic to walnuts, and it didn't say anywhere that the quiche would come with a walnut salad). When I received the quiche I said "sorry, can you remake this, I'm extremely allergic to walnuts" to which the server basically told me "we can remove the salad, but we can't remake it for you" and I responded "can you please remake it because the walnuts already cross contaminated the quiche", so the server responded "then you can't eat here because everything is cross contaminated with walnuts, it's also not my fault you didn't tell me you were allergic". I responded "fine, I won't eat here, however I didn't know that my quiche would have walnuts since it wasn't listed anywhere." At that point, we just left and decided not to eat at a place where the customers have to basically beg the servers to give them food, and then mistreat people for having an allergy. They were extremely complicated and unaccommodating. I don't know how the food tastes (because I was unable to try it), but the service is so rude that I'm never...

Le Molière French Café & Bakery has captured our hearts since it first opened its doors in March 2024. This charming little café is a true gem in Palm Beach Gardens, and it’s clear that the owner Gabriela’s passion for authentic French pastry shines through in every detail. Her dedication to crafting the perfect croissant—made without seed oils—is a refreshing and rare find, aligning perfectly with our own values.

From the start, we couldn’t resist buying bags of pastries to share with our office, paying forward the relationship we built with the owner after being introduced to her by our housekeeper, who also appreciates exquisite French treats. The special cake she created for my mom’s birthday was a masterpiece: seed oil-free, adorned with edible gold, and absolutely unforgettable.

On our most recent visit, we were thrilled to see the café bustling with a line out the door, new staff, and even more delightful offerings to try. The highlight of the day? A complimentary chicken pot pie that was so delicious, we instantly regretted not grabbing a second one—even if it meant paying double.

Le Molière is truly the best and most authentic French café you’ll find in Palm Beach Gardens. If you’re a local, you’d be wise to stock up before we do because our mission is to clear out their inventory and share the joy with anyone who appreciates exceptional pastries within a two-mile radius. Thank you, Le Molière French Café & Bakery, for making our lives so...

Le Molière has become my favorite little corner of Paris in the town of North Palm Beach, where the divine spinach and feta pastry—with its perfectly flaky crust and savory filling—has me coming back multiple times a week! The café's elegant decor strikes the perfect balance between classic French sophistication and modern cleanliness, with the striking Molière portrait and carefully arranged display of artisanal French treats that tempt you at every visit. What makes this place truly special is that the lovely couple who owns Le Molière, adding warmth to every visit with their hospitality and passion for what they do. In a town full of cafés, Le Molière stands out not just for its exceptional pastries but for creating a genuine French experience. The sun-dried tomatoes at this French café were absolutely exceptional - perfectly chewy with a rich, sweet flavor that really made the dish shine. They had that ideal balance of tenderness and concentrated tomato taste that you only get from quality sun-dried tomatoes. Definitely worth visiting just for these beautifully prepared tomatoes alone!

If you're looking for an authentic French bakery experience, Le Molière French Bakery in North Palm Beach is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the rich aroma of freshly baked pastries and the inviting warmth of French coffee. The menu is filled with an array of bakery specialties, including artisan pastries, breakfast croissants, all made with freshly imported ingredients. I had the spinach quiche, which came with a fresh salad, walnuts, and a delicious dressing. The quiche was exceptional—perhaps the best I've had in the U.S. so far. My sister couldn't resist trying the coffee and pastries, and we were both blown away by the high quality of everything we tried. The flavors were spot on, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation of each item. The service was also fantastic; the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you haven't been to Le Molière yet, I highly recommend making the trip. This place is a gem, and it's clear they take pride in offering a true taste of France.
