Amazing !!! I had a name necklace that my fiancé bought from zales n the necklace broke down the middle of the name. I called the owner 3 times in the same day about information and he was very patient and kind each time over the phone. I went in person dropped off my necklace, again he was very kind. I dropped it off on Thursday and came to pick it up on wednsay. I waited about 7min for it to be ready but it was fine as he was very busy he had lots of jewelry pieces to fix. I picked up my necklace and you couldn’t even tell that it was ever broken. He only charged me $10, and he was very apologetic about the wait. I gave him a $5 tip but I wish I had given him a $10. Once I stepped outside n saw it in the light my necklace looked brand new again. Which means the world to me as it was my son’s name. I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. So wonderful and patient and kind. I wish I asked for his name so I could’ve thanked him properly. Definetly recommend and will 100% be returning to Bradford Jewelers if needed in the future.
