Stephen Olney Park is a nice family friendly park but the town of North Providence could a bit more. They did revamp the park a few years ago so it has improved. It is much smaller than Fargnoli Park n Smith Street. It has a decent sized jungle gym and a few swings(some for younger kids too). There is plenty of benches and a few picnic tables too. As a local, I only wish there was a fenced dog park to be able to allow mine and other dogs to interact off-leash. There's ample room for such a space and it would be a worthwhile addition to this nice neighborhood...
