Stephen Olney Park is a nice family friendly park but the town of North Providence could a bit more. They did revamp the park a few years ago so it has improved. It is much smaller than Fargnoli Park n Smith Street. It has a decent sized jungle gym and a few swings(some for younger kids too). There is plenty of benches and a few picnic tables too. There are 4 tennis courts and a basketball court. Stephen Olney Park is broken into 2 parks. The smaller of the two is on High Service Avenue next to Our Lady of Fatima Hospital and its right at the base of Superior View Blvd. This side has a smaller jungle gym for little kids. There's a path that connects to...

Clean, artificial turf playground, definitely my top playground pick in the Lincoln, NP, Cumberland region. It has 2 stationary monkey bar options, hanging monkey bars, a track/zip line, tire swing, 2 baby swings and 4 regular swings. One side of the play structure is great for 2-4 year olds with bridges and 3 slides, and the other side of the structure has 2 open, winding slides.

The view is pretty in the spring, though I imagine it would be especially chilly in colder weather.

Also at this park is a large grassy area, a small gazebo tennis courts, basketball court, picnic table scattered around, paved walking paths and a...

This is a great local park in North Providence with sports fields, tennis courts, and playgrounds but also a nice paved walk meandering through the center, perfect for dog-walking or a brisk lunchtime powerwalk for those nearby. To the south side of the park is a natural path which is my puppy's and my favorite place to stroll. As a local, I only wish there was a fenced dog park to be able to allow mine and other dogs to interact off-leash. There's ample room for such a space and it would be a worthwhile addition to this nice neighborhood...

Very nice park to play soccer in an open field, walk through the paths and just relax. Only complaint is the wasted away tennis court that was never redone or used for any other purpose oh, and not a decent-sized play area at the Fatima end of the park

Very nice park for it's size. Very conveniently located and decently maintained place to go for a walk with the family or dog. Some vandalism has destroyed some of the dedication monument which would be good if the city would fix it.
