Went thru drive thru with my wife. Told them I want acia bowl 1 and a mochi donut. They didn't offer flavors - had to ask. They said flavors based off color - asked for the "blue" mochi donut. Got up to window. Was given wrong donut and overcharged. I knew price was off so asked for receipt. Receipt wasnt itemized. I said I think they mischarged me. Luckily my wife checked and saw it was a knead donut -didn't want that. They said to keep it and gave me the glazed mochi which was soggy and gross. Drove back thru to get the blue 1. Told them I was overcharged and they gave the wrong donut again. They denied the overcharge and didnt wanna give itemized receipt. The 1st chick says it's like a dollar (was 1.67 not hard math) and stares at me thinking I'll let it go. I tell her I want my change. Then another chick comes to the window. Shes asks what's going on. I explain it to her. She hands me a dollar and is like here you go turns away and acts as if I'm all set...I'm like what about the rest and my donut. She gives me the blue mochi donut (which ended up being smooshed) and then gets aggravated and says she has a line. I tell her ok well that's not my problem give me my change and I'm happy to leave. I tell her I was here 2 days ago, ordered same order and it was $20.30 and showed her the charge on my credit card app. She goes oh well you used a credit card - I say yea both times & that's not it. She says the change is correct gets aggravated and asks if I want a full refund. I say ok, she takes off with my credit card. Then the guy who seemed to be manager comes and talks to me. I reexplain it all to him. He is like well what do you want an itemized receipt. I say my change and I'll take the receipt. He prints the receipt looks at it and goes see you were charged right. I tell him no, I ordered a mochi donut not the knead, there's no way a 15 dollar acia bowl and a mochi donut is 21.97. He gives me a dollar I say ok thanks and drive off. We didn't realize the chick that had said she was gonna refund us took off and never gave us our credit card back. They never admitted they screwed up. All they had to do was say sorry charged you for the wrong donut, here's the donut and your change. If this was Dunkin it would've been resolved it about 5 seconds and we'd have our credit card and they would have said sorry our mistake not tried to lie lie lie, blame us and...
Read moreLove supporting local businesses, and I was in the area looking for a simple iced coffee. I walked in and was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member at the register, which was a great first impression. I ordered a medium iced coffee and looked forward to enjoying it.
However, the wait was unexpectedly LONG. After ordering, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my drink. A regular customer even suggested I take a seat and relax—which seemed like a casual heads-up that delays might be typical here. Guests who ordered after me were receiving their drinks before I did, though they too were waiting for a long time.
While the staff was kind and welcoming, there didn’t seem to be much urgency behind the counter. At one point, I noticed an employee checking their Apple Watch. which gave the impression that customer orders weren’t the top priority.
I’m not sure if they were short-staffed that day, but based on comments from other patrons, it sounds like slow service might be a recurring issue. I eventually had to ask for my coffee, which had apparently been pushed to the back of the coffee cup line.
This was my first visit to this location, and I do plan to give it another try. The vibe is friendly, the coffee is great, but the production process could really use some attention. Hoping to see improvement next...
Read moreService at the drive through was abysmal.
I was only behind one car that had already ordered before I got to the menu to order, but when I pulled up I waited at least 5 minutes behind that car for their order to complete.
They don't seem to have a dedicated person at the window. Instead various employees were taking turns throughout the order. I was asked by two different people what I ordered.
The person who actually took my cash did not understand how change works and refused to fix it even before the drawer was closed because "I already put it in". Before this, I had given a 20 and IMMEDIATELY said wait, I have a nickel. She refused to give me a dollar change and instead gave me 95 cents plus the nickel I gave her. She needs retraining in math and customer service.
I had to ask three times for a receipt. I asked for napkins after I received my food but never got any.
Oh, and all this took at least another five minutes for a simple iced coffee...
