U Scream Ice Cream — Restaurant in North Providence

This is my local and most preferred ice cream location. The service and atmosphere are great, but throughout my almost 2 months of coming here. There is a big concern, and that is “the consistency” of the service they provide.

I always get the “Brownie Sundae”! Always! When the owner (very nice lady) serves it, it’s great! 2-3 decent scoops of vanilla ice cream and 3 pieces of brownie. BUUUUUUT! When the other employees attend me, they either put 2 to 1/near no brownies at all, it’s ridiculous. I thought maybe they got packed with customers, but it’s been 4, and i say again, 4!!! Times in a row that I have gotten only 1 to even HALF a brownie in the bottom of the so called “BROWNIE SUNDAE”!

It saddens me a lot, this is my favorite ice cream place, but like i said, there is no consistency here with the employees… i would hate to stop coming here, but I am running out of patience….

Next time I will take a photo of the “BROWNIE SUNDAE”, if i ever do come...

Wow this place is amazing! Best place to just get ice cream that doesn't taste out of a container or full of processed nonsense. The staff are very nice here and very fast with handling the ice cream, even on big orders. They always fill the cone to the max of your order so you get your money's worth and really it's the quality that count which makes this place a go-to ice cream place for me now. Very detailed with the variety of flavors they offer and all of the toppings avaliable, it just all seems endless. Maybe one day you can try every flavor, thats what I want to do one day. This place has great hard ice cream (from Cumberland's Ice Cream Machine) and soft serve (made with essential oils instead of cheaper syrup) . I am a big ice cream fan and have gone to many places in my life, and this place is tops (along with Ice Cream Machine). The soft serve is the best I have had, and the hard ice cream is as well. The service is great also, a very nice woman runs it. I am very health conscious so if I am going to waste a whole workouts' worth of burnt calories, I will go here.
