If you have Asthma or any type of health issues when it comes down to you being a non smoker this is NOT the casino for you. I play Baccarat table games. I usually come here & enjoy it. Yesterday was just a different type of feeling. I'm not a smoker & usually I'm not the type that complain about it. But when you have other players next to you blowing that crap next to you & you waving your hand to try to blow it away consistently at the tables it becomes problematic. So I step to the side & ask 2 different Pit Bosses after the smokers leave, if myself & 3 other players thats non smokers at the tables can make this table a non smoking table. They called upstairs twice & literally got denied twice for a request to make the specific table we play on a non smoking table. I got frustrated & there the game really wasn't enjoyable no more "despite winning or losing" because now the back room in the table is so damn clogged up with so much smoke. So after I lost instead of going back to the ATM & withdraw more money to play, I go to the noodle bar "pretty good" & end up leaving from that atmosphere. It was a little challenging for my body to adjust to the outside here for the first couple of minutes when I step outside cause this place was lit up with more smokers than Atlantic city, Ceasars in Southern Indiana & Ceasars in New Orleans combined. At least in any other casino "especially in my hometown in Atlantic city they RESPECT us non smokers & grant us that request at the tables long as ALL the parties currently at the tables agrees to it. I cant enjoy playing here at all. The best thing I did yesterday was not go back to the ATM withdraw no more money, instead yesterday after I left I drive to New Buffalo Michigan & played the Horseshoe online. It was way more relaxing & enjoyable playing baccarat on there & not have to be subject to my lungs feeling like they want to collapse from all the smoke being blown around the environment. Not only that they give players 15 seconds to place their bets instead of this casino & others giving players 2-5 minutes between hands to place bets for a game thats 50/50. I went there to eat with a friend who had built up points we were eating at the H Burger when a couple of gnats or fruit flies started flying around us killed 1 swatted about 4 away then I tried to email them on their website was sent all over the place finally I decided to call ended up talking to some hotel room registration person which I couldn't understand so gave up that route went to the Caesar's Rewards desk and explain my frustration with trying just to tell somebody that there's fruit flies everywhere so they got their manager he told me they would call the food manager and someone will address the problem and call me I still have yet to receive that phone call not real happy...........................

The Covid 19 virus has caused many changes at The Horse Shoe. The disable people have an extremely difficult time renting a cart, the rental station is to far away from the entrance back and front. Security is not sensitive to the needs of the people. There are limited foods, drinks and refreshment choices. My goal was to win a Jackpot and I did Not win a thing 😫😫😫.
