This place is a place where no matter the age you’ll be talked like a kid. I sat in the office waiting for thirty minutes while I listened to the woman that gave me my interview talk about donut’s and her favorite shops to go to before work. Everybody pulled up exactly at 9am when I had my Appointment at 9am. They don’t care to help within the first first minute I was told “this is what you people don’t understand you have a job we will not pay full rent” when my hours are clearly under 20 HOURS! I was told well out of that what did you put towards rent? Um excuse me bills still are due! which you can see out of the millions of papers I was asked to bring which wasted more time because I was told you’ll only be help with either utilities or rent and it’ll be partial. so all those bills I didn’t have to print? It truly is no use for them and their minimal help and nasty attitudes pick better people to help and work for the community because that place is an embarrassment and the experience is very degrading! I normally don’t write reviews but this one was needed horrible zero stars. Everyone falls sometimes this place is not helpful for those people so what...

To get a government job and do absolutely nothing. Don't know what they get paid, but cut the people and use the money they get paid to help those...

Also, the person on the phone of the Dial-a-Ride section, I feel, should at least be friendlier and compassionate considering she works at a public service...
