My experience was beyond amazing! They have found the perfect blend of talent, professionalism, and a feeling of being a longtime friend. That is rare in a business today. The food was superb! We ordered from the Monday menu: cod with seafood stuffing, rice, garlic broccoli, rolls and seafood chowder. Everything was cooked to perfection and so incredibly savory!!! When do ppl rave about vegetables?? Never!😉 but this broccoli was delicious! The fish and the rice were also top notch, so savory! Then there was the chowder. OH MY WORD!!! There isn’t a word to describe how over-the-moon happy we were to find the BEST seafood chowder!!! We have a local restaurant that has been the gold standard to compare all other chowders, well they’ve been de-throned!!! My picky eater ate an entire container!!! And 3 rolls!! I could rave about the food all day but I think it’s time to talk about customer service. You can have a great business and do your job really well but if you don’t look out for your clientele, you really don’t have much. They must truly understand this concept because I’ve never been more satisfied with a business. I placed my order online, so easy. Received a text confirmation that they would be calling soon. Spoke with Mike, he’s super friendly, helpful and professional. Later I had other questions and just sent him a text, he was quick to respond and always helped me out. When I picked up our meal, everything was ready to go. Hot and ready to eat. Mike even helped us load everything into the car!! He definitely impressed me! Oh and their place is so cute! Here’s the cherry on top, they sent me a text the next morning to see if we enjoyed our dinner! That sealed the deal for me, the food hooked me but the customer service will keep me coming back. They’ve found the secret to success, and I wish them well on this venture. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Melissa...next time!!! Believe me, there will be a next time! We began planning our wedding shortly after our engagement, and knew that we were going to need help. Doing a quick search on the internet, we found Melissa at Twelve 31 Events. To put it plain and simple, Melissa is an absolute saint. From the first moment we spoke with her on the phone, she immediately made us feel calm and confident that we could plan the perfect wedding that fit our personalities (and our busy schedules). We gave her just basic ideas of what we thought we'd like, and she really did the rest (vendor sourcing, creative decor ideas, staying true to our initial ideas without going over budget, etc.). Also, after our first discussion together, we came to find out that she also owns her own catering company. We gave her some basic food ideas, and she invited us to a personalized food tasting. We were nothing short of BLOWN AWAY by how delicious her food was (she's been catering for 20 years!).

Weddings can be an extremely stressful event, but knowing that we had Melissa and her team available to us whenever we needed them, alleviated any of our worries! Regardless of the magnitude of any issue that came up (ie, regarding hair decor, flower thoughts, table decor, food ideas, vendor changes, guest list issues, wedding website recommendations, etc.), Melissa was always there to provide us with guidance and support!

We wish we could select more than 5 stars - seriously. Not only do we feel that we have an amazing planner and caterer, but we've also made a great friend in the process. Do yourself a huge favor and contact Twelve 31 events - we promise you won't be...

Michael and Melissa, thank you ~ everything was amazing. Everyone at the bridal shower could not say enough about the quality of the food and how tasty and delicious it all was. You were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating, which I appreciate more than words could express. You made that part of the day so stress free.

The fruit salad was so fresh with the citrus and mint (I will be adding it to my fruit salads), the blueberry coffee cake was out of this world (even if you didn't add the sweet butter!), the yogurt parfaits with berries and granola was a lovely way to start the brunch, the crust less bacon and chive mini quiche, chicken sausage, potatoes and asparagus hit all the right spots and even though the parmesan chicken salad was "deconstructed" it was delicious and most satisfying, the dressing was a big hit. The salmon crostini was very good. The only concern was with the bread, it was too "crusty" for the ladies; didn't stop them from still enjoying them though. The coffee was hot and very good ~ as it was a coffee bar theme; everyone was able to enjoy all the "fixins".

I also want to thank you for the separate vegan plates. Sarah, one of the bridesmaids, was over the moon with being able to have a meal with everyone else with no worries; more than a couple of times she thanked me for the tasty plates ~ so thank you for that too.

Thank you for being part of my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower. Good food and family....it never gets better than that! I will highly recommend Twelve 31 to everyone.
