W.O.L.F. Gyms Northfield — Attraction in Northfield

As much as I LOVE this gym, there needs to be either a waitlist on membership at this point or they need more machines. I go in too many times to literally not being able to do my workout. The “gym bros” are downright rude, when you workout at a gym you have to know that someone may be waiting to use the machine you’re on. You should not be allowed to be on your phone for 10 minutes in between sets or GET UP AND WALK AWAY WITH YOUR SHIT ON THE MACHINE. This review is more to do with the kind of people that come here. Pretty good gym overall. Nice staff and good equipment. I’d like to see more bumper plates at different weights.

There is one trainer who will purposely put equipment basically on top of you when they’re getting ready to do a class when another member has already established equipment and space rather than asking them to move over. I’d rather be asked than forced out of the way ! Also there’s no set class area so it’s confusing where to be while classes are happening.

I have been lifting at all three Wolf NJ locations since the Saxby family took over the gym in Brigantine, and I had previously been a member of all three gyms when they were owned by others. Tony and Trish have made vast improvements in all three spaces and have created the best workout experiences in the area.
