An update 4 years later Another 5 stars! After Another company came to my house and refused to put up the bouncy house because of the wind ( which wasn't bad at all) Bounce Family CT came to the rescue for my twins' 5th birthday party. In such a short notice, literally less than 2 hours before my party, Bounce Family CT was able to come and set up a bouncy house safely. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and hands down the best customer service ever! I learned about this company while trying to book an event for my son’s school, however it didn’t work out (Bounce Family not at fault) the school made it difficult and Sajad really tried to make this work for us. Fortunately we were still able to book with them for my son’s birthday party.

His staff was very prompt at setting up and taking it down. My kids and friends had lots of fun.
