So I have been wanting to try this Greek place for a while, the reviews seemed good. My order was to go. I ordered the Falafel lunch platter, and a chicken souvlaki wrap. I was the only customer in the place at 1:15pm on a Friday.
Upon returning to the office with my to-go order for 2 people, I noticed only the Falafel platter was in the bag, the chicken wrap was missing. I called back to notify the staff of the missing food. I let him know that I would not be returning as I my lunch time was finished, I asked if he could deliver it. He replied with asking me the address, I am on XX East Ave in Norwalk I said. He could not deliver, as he did not have a driver at the moment (so I don't know why he asked me for the address). So I asked for a refund for the missing food. No problem, he took my card information, so I expect to see a credit soon.
Ok fine It's not the end of the world, I told my co-worker that I would share my food with her. So we sat down for the Falafel, since it was the platter, it came with a little salad, and French fries with a bit of cheese. Let me say that this was very disappointing. The Falafel was overcooked and very dry. The flat bread tasted exactly like it came from a warehouse club like Costco, very bland. The salad had an over abundance of onion and green peppers, but otherwise ok. And the fries were good.
But overall, I nor my co-worker will ever go back to this place.
There are so many other great restaurants in the Norwalk, even a few other Greek places!
To the owner of this restaurant- Please do not reply with the same answer you use for all of your bad reviews. "We are sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied. We hope you can give us a try in the future". If we weren't happy the 1st time, why would anyone want to come back? You only get 1...
Read moreI made a reservation for two for 7:00pm, 24 hours in advance. Upon arriving 15 minutes early, I told the waitress my name and the time of my reservation. I spoke to the waitress in Spanish, as she had waited on us on two previous occasions over the last two months. She acted like she didn’t know us and asked me for my name.
She proceeded to tell me that the table that my girlfriend and I would be seated at would not be available for a few minutes. However, it was a 4-seat table for two parties, that was literally one on top of the other. So I asked the Spanish speaking waitress to sit us at a more distanced table. I wanted a bit more privacy, like at the other tables.
I then happened to see a 2-seat table at the left part of the restaurant and tried to get the attention of the other waitress , to no avail. I finally got her attention and she told me that the table was reserved for 6:50pm. When I made the reservation online there were reservations in 30-minute blocks, and not 10-minute blocks, so I told her that we were going to leave and that she had lost two customers. As my girlfriend and I were walking out, that waitress said to other, “They just walked out.”
My message to the owner. You must have a lot of business to lose two steady customers.

Read moreAwful customer service. I spent almost $500 on catering with delivery for a family party. After food arrived I realized they forgot the pita bread (which cost $20!). My guests are about to arrive in less than half hour so I call the restaurant. They tell me “the chef said it’s not on your order”. I tell them I have the receipt and it clearly shows I ordered and paid for pita bread. She tells me she’ll call me back. I then decide I don’t have time to wait so will drive 15 min to get the pita bread because clearly they aren’t going to get it to me in time. I call again to tell them I’m on my way and they tell me I’ll have to talk to the chef when I get there bc it’s not on my order. At this point I’m furious. Get to the restaurant and show them the receipt on my phone and they ask to take my phone to go show the chef. I respond “you’re not taking my phone.. please go get my pita bread”. So she realizes how upset I am and finally goes and gets it. I get back home as my guests are already arriving. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. After spending close to $500 I then have to argue with them about pita bread … was beyond insulting. I will never patronize...
