I have been a shopper multiple times as this store and I love it. It is even nice that the owners and managers take time to make the store totally awesome. There is so much work that goes into sorting, tagging, cleaning, etc. in thrift stores like these. It is incredibly difficult to maintain a store when you have so many people coming in and out. They do a great job. All of their workers work very hard in the back where no one can see. Talk about working behind the scenes! I see a successful business not only making money, but one that is filled with people who care about what they are doing and are giving back to the community. I love all of their discounted items, as it gives everyone a chance to buy nice things without having to pay ridiculous regular retail prices. It is right in the name, "Good Life Thrift!" Ben and Laureen (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) have been especially kind to me. Anytime I am wondering about something and I call, I get through within seconds and am talking to an actual person. If you are thinking about going-JUST DO IT. They have something for everyone and prices for all budgets. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks me about it. If you haven't been, give it a try and say hi to Ben for me!...
Read moreI love this store. I shop here all the time for my kids clothes and sometimes for myself. They have lots of stuff that that is brand new from brands like Cat & Jack for a fraction of what you would pay at Target. Yes, it's a little more expensive than other thrift stores, but in my experience I find better stuff. I have found brand new shoes for my kids that retail for $30 and only paid like $3.99. That might be a buck or 2 more than Goodwill, but they were new, not used so it's worth it to me. Only thing is that you need to closely inspect each item because there are sometimes snags or holes in them. On the upside if you miss a defect they give you 7 days to return it. I have also found great household items there as well. I leave there feeling good knowing that I got great deals and my money is going to help make the world a...
Read moreActually they have some really good stuff but prices can be kind of all over the place, you'll also have some stuff priced differently even though it's the same exact item in the same condition.
All around one of the better thrift stores and you can find some cool stuff.
A Lot lot of new stuff too.
The only suggestion I have is to the owners to verify your prices cuz there were a couple items in there that were higher than retail And just because you have new stuff doesn't mean that you can charge as much when you're getting it donated. I get that the money goes to a good cause but at the same time you're also providing a service of cheaper items to people who might not be able to afford certain things.
Just a small gripe but overall, like I said one of my favorite places to find some deals in the...
