I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the service here. There was no attempt to connect with the client, and instead of correcting her mistakes the salon artist made excuses for them and blamed her client for picking a nail art that, apparently, I should have expected to come out poorly. I'm not upset that my nails didn't come out the way I wanted. I am angered by the fact that instead of fixing it she made excuses and did not even attempt to correct the job. There's a hundred different ways to do ombre nails, and the mistakes were very obvious. The fact that she did not observe them and was more interested in getting me out of the chair and out the door making sure that her work was done correctly was highly offencive. If you would like to go to a place that would rather send the client out the door with a poor excuse for a nail job then make sure their work executed correctly then by all means schedule an appointment with pearl nail. Read moreI saw this place online and decided to try it out. I came in there, no one greeted me and I was so confused as to where should I check in until someone came up to me eventually. Okay no biggie.
Then they proceeded to tell me to choose a color. I was surprised that there isn't many color options as the previous salons I have been. The colors are very limited. Again not a big problem.
When it was my turn, the nail technician called me to start on my nails, everything was okay until coincidentally a customer came in (which the nail tech did earlier) and said that her nail broke and needed to be fixed.
I thought of how unprofessional it was of my nail tech to go back and forth working on me and the other lady. What was supposed to take a short time, now took double because she was working on us both at the same time. I did not appreciate that at all.
I already called and booked my slot earlier, I did not walk in, I already had an appointment. It would have been better if she scheduled the lady at another time, or someone else could've helped her. Please value customer time...
